We had an amazing time with our family and friends. The house was clean and in a beautiful, peaceful location close to downtown. Phil was easy to communication with and a very responsive host. We will definitely stay here again.

This house was so clean & cute!! Gave us the perfect space for our out of town family to stay and roomy enough for local family members to visit. This place worked out PERFECTLY!! We enjoyed every space in this home. The backyard was perfect for morning coffee on the deck. Our Texas family played the lottery in hopes they could buy the place and not have to check out lol.

We had a great time at this gorgeous cabin! It was very peaceful and our dogs loved running around to play and explore. The whole property is fenced in, but my dogs are pretty agile and would be able to get out if they wanted to. They got to be off leash while we were actively playing, but we put them on long leads attached to the posts on the back deck while we were in the hot tub or grilling dinner. The cabin was really well stocked with anything you could possibly need. There was some firewood in the back yard, but it was pretty wet, so we ended up buying some from the grocery store in Valley Springs, which was only a 10 minute drive away. Beautiful cabin and very peaceful if you like the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere and still only a few minutes drive away from stores and restaurants.

My stay was perfect for the family & I. Being a rather large group it suited sleeping accommodations . The location was very ideal & also very close to the grocery store, food options & freeway entrance’s. Igor communicated quickly & was helpful. I would return back to his Airbnb.

What a wonderful stay! Bethany’s was clean and spacious! We had enough room to truly relax and the back yard was so much fun. We played bocce, and relaxed in the hot tub! The game room was a hit as well with ping pong and foos-ball! We also had time for a fire in the pot to end our vacay. You’ll have everything you need for a relaxing stay.

This sweet cottage was more magical than we even expected! We were surprised by all of the thoughtful touches, the decor, excellent cooking utensils, coffee, snacks, and so much more. It felt like we were staying in a secret tree house and the patio created the most calming space for outdoor meals and relaxing. The location was quiet, very convenient and just the right size for two. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this space again!

This house was perfect! Great neighborhood and very peaceful. There is also a rec center with a pool and game room that’s perfect for kids, You can walk to it from the house. We would definitely rent this house again next time.

Cozy 2 Suite Cottage on The Main Street of Murphys

We were at Elaine's place from Thanksgiving Day until Sunday check out. We used to spend lots of time in Murphy's with family and this was a perfect location to easily walk to everything downtown, even with 3 children under the age of 6. The house was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable. It was the best stocked kitchen/home we have ever had in an AirBnB... and we have stayed in a lot. The bathrooms also had any item you might need. On Saturday, we had a plumbing problem causing the pipes to back up. The most amazing part of our stay, was that without any urging from us, Elaine drove all the way from the Bay Area where she was with family, to address the problem. She managed to find 2 plumbers on the holiday weekend who came ASAP and cleared out the pipes at the street. Elaine was out there with them in the cold and dark, investigating the cause. Then Elaine cleaned up the one small affected area in the bathroom herself. Thank you!!

Had an excellent stay! The house was fully equipped. We got there tired from visiting big trees, made a wonderful dinner and got to relax and have family time. It was perfect. Definitely would stay again.

I have stayed with G and Isabela a number of times. A in íll of his listings are done with class and you can tell they take pride in making sure their guests have all they need. G is the 1st person I stayed with and will more than likely going to be the last Airbnb I stay in. Thank you G and all that make my stays very relaxing and enjoyable.

Everything was great except the living room TV didn’t work. The host was responsive to it and as helpful as they could be without actually coming to the house. TV wasn’t a huge deal to us so we decided to go without it. But was happy the host was willing to help!

This home is amazing!! So much love and care has gone into this home!! The house is very clean and decorated so nicely. The backyard is beautiful, we loved spending our mornings in the spa pool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook but it is also an easy walk downtown to all the restaurants. We will definitely want to book this property again.

Great place to stay, plenty of space indoors for a group to hang out in. The outdoor space was nice to take advantage of in warm weather. Incredibly clean and had all the amenities we needed. Very close to downtown Sonora which was convenient.

Great little home base to explore the area! The back yard was absolutely wonderful and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. The room is very similar to a hotel room, which was more than adequate. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Vidya was such an awesome host. She responded to all our questions instantly. She provided clear instructions and made sure all house rules were clear and concise. We absolutely LOVED this place & will definitely book again. Directions were right on point. The views were amazing, mother nature surrounded us and it was so relaxing. Comfy beds & the kitchen views made cooking and spending time in the kitchen all that much more fun. We brought our cornhole set up but Henry's 49er cornhole boards were in the back! Had coffee out in the back every morning to catch the beautiful sunrise over the lake and mountains. Can't say enough great things about this place.
