Second bedroom is semi-detached - accessible through a small atrium off the kitchen. This bedroom as a queen bed, a trundle bed that can sleep 2, and a small desk for working from home.

One bedroom apartment, just 3 - 4 blocks from University Ave (the main strip) in downtown Palo Alto's shops and restaurants, half block from a great playground, and 10 min walk to the train. The unit is independent; just the outdoor patio/play space is shared. This apartment is above our garage which is just behind our house.
