Quiet country feel, in lazy river estates

You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The outdoor space is great for a variety of activities such as barbecuing, campfires, and crawfish boils. The house has boat access to a waterway that leads to the tchefuncte river, which is great for watersports. My place is good for couples and families (with kids).

This charming cottage has a fully equipped new kitchen and new bathrooms plus a pool. There is a king bed in master, queen in second, and twin beds in third bedroom. Great living space, quiet neighborhood close to Old Mandeville, The Trace, Fontainebleau State Park and Lake Pontratrain. Lots to do around here!
