Jet City Espresso Pensione B&B

Built in 1908, this beautiful well preserved historic home/cafe is a gem! A salt water pool in the back with seating and tables around the yard is a perfect space for quiet time. We are walking distance to all areas in Historic Hyde Park to downtown Tampa, Tampa Convention Center, downtown Riverwalk and the Aquarium. Easy access to Ybor City, Seminole Heights, The Raymond James Stadium and Tampa international Airport. St. Pete and Clearwater pristine & lovely beaches only 45 minutes away~

This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

Your bedroom is one of two guest rooms with shared bath in private quarter of an upscale owner-occupied accomodation. No pet allowed, be at home and enjoy the plush outdoor patio, too. Off-street parking available.Walkable --2 blocks from the Bay; 5 blocks to Vinoy Hotel and marina and downtown restaurants, museums, sports attractions, theaters and Pier. Gulf beaches are 9 miles away by car or the Sunrunner service.

The Plantation Apartment is our largest unit with 4 rooms; 2 bedrooms, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. Located on the second floor of of the main house, this 800 sq ft apartment has 2 private entrances, features a shared balcony porch that overlooks the swimming pool and offers coastal Florida breezes through its 10 windows. This spacious apartment is ideal for those who looking for extended stay accommodations.

Arts and Crafts Bungalow Charm

Enjoy a huge room with private bath in our home within walking distance of the amenities that downtown St. Pete has to offer: waterfront parks, restaurants, museums, entertainment and shopping. Check out St. Pete's new pier! "Homemade everything" healthy breakfast provided! We have a beautiful room with a King Size bed! Combine for larger parties. Both rooms are in our home, one upstairs, one down, and have dedicated non-shared bathrooms.
