My favourite place

This quiet, light-filled, first-floor apartment is perfect for a short and extended stay in St Leonards-on-Sea. The high ceilings and large windows create a spacious feel and plenty of light even on a rainy day. Free parking is available. The flat is situated centrally, only a 2-minute walk from the St. Warrior Square train station, close to the beach and the town's best eateries, art galleries, and junk and antique shops. Hastings is near - all you need is within walking distance.

Lovely shabby chic style , first floor 1 bed apartment located on the seafront in St.Leonards on Sea. Close to local galleries , restaurants and antiques shops, recently re-opened Kino cinema that originally existed in 1920's. Hastings Pier 10 min walk from the apartment. It's only 20 min walk going along the seafront boulevard to Hastings and slightly further along the Old Town of Hastings and plenty of fishermongers by the Jerwood Gallery. There is so much to do and see in the area.

Private entrance down iron staircase, self check in by lockbox. Not suitable for those with mobility issues. Children only by supervision. Well behaved dogs allowed, please notify. Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
