You will love this newly remodeled, upstairs apartment just outside of Potsdam. Perfect for the traveling professional - and families. Close to all four colleges (SUNY Potsdam, Clarkson University, St. Lawrence University, SUNY Canton), this two-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful escape while keeping you close to everything. The apartment sleeps 5 comfortably, with 1 queen bed and 3 twin beds, making it perfect for families or small groups. Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and on-site, off-road parking.

Waterman Hill Guest House

You are invited to visit our farm and stay in an open, airy, well-appointed one-bedroom apartment inside an Amish-built barn. In our rural area, the call of songbirds or lowing of cows is the loudest thing you will hear. Our property is fully solar-powered, with our own array of 39 solar panels on the roof of the barn. We provide a fully stocked kitchen for your breakfast, including fresh eggs from our chickens. All nationalities/ LGBTQ/ all humans welcome! The pool is open!

Safe, quiet beautiful yard, with access to a field, at times the neighbors horses can be observed. Apple tree and beautiful flowers during the summer months. Large parking area, access to park vehicle in the garage. Sledding hill in the backyard. Everything is available just bring clothes and enjoy!!

This two-bedroom, one-bath cabin comfortably hosts up to seven guests and offers elevated lake views with direct access to the water below.
