Ready for year-round outdoor sports, fishing, boating, biking, family camping trips. Near 1000 Islands, several lakes/waterways, 5 room apartment is one side of host duplex, 3 private entrances. King bed, 1 twin upstairs, 2 folding cots, comfy couch for sleep. Bathroom downstairs. WIFI; FireTV, HDMI cord; TVs w/DVD.

The Rock House up in the trees!

Retreat & social distance in the tree tops in our 8x10 ft “Rock House”. Song Birds will sing to you. Private outdoor bath tub near grilling/fire pit. A screened pavilion with picnic table and outdoor kitchen was added in 2021. Finnish steam sauna w shower was completed in fall 2019. Nice outhouse! Self Check in May - Oct. 160 private acres with 4 miles of trails on our 3/4 mi stretch of the wild and scenic St Regis River in the Adirondack Park. Pets are ok. We Welcome Diversity.

The Loft1 w/Porch-Near Clarkson, SLU - Modern

At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard that you can use. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. You will find yourself surrounded by maple, spruce, and tamarack trees, and Clarkson University is close enough to see.

Come to The Lake House Loft for a relaxing visit!

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

Beautiful Scenic Riverfront Home

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.

Lazy River Cottage

This well loved family-friendly river cottage is ready for you. The river is just steps from the house with breath taking views and sunsets to remember. Great fishing from the waterfront and dock. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit near the shore. The water is wonderful for those swimmers in your family. There are paddle boats and kayaks in season. Conveniently located close to St. Lawrence University and Clarkson.

Raquette River Retreat- Potsdam NY

Welcome to Potsdam, NY. There is a $50 fee per each dog. No cats allowed (one of us has a severe cat allergy). Our home is on the Racquette River and within a short drive to: St Lawrence University - 18 Minutes Clarkson University - 11 Minutes SUNY Potsdam - 9 Minutes SUNY Canton - 24 minutes Tupper Lake - 45 minutes Saranac Lake - 1 hour 20 minutes Lake Placid - 1 hour 40 minutes

The Buckton House

1872 United Methodist church converted into a great cabin/farmhouse style home. This home features 1 bedroom and a large 30'x14' loft area and can accommodate 6+ guests easily. Conveniently located near: Potsdam State College/Clarkson University = 15 minutes Massena (St. Lawrence River) = 20 minutes Canadian Border Crossing @ Cornwall = 25 minutes Lake Placid = 1 hr 10 minutes

Canton home w/ private apartment on Grasse River

A private entrance to apartment on 2nd fl. (above a garage). Comfortable for up to 4 people; clean & well-maintained with all the needed amenities; makes for an easy stay. The space is dog friendly (prior approval required). Outdoor yard space on property is limited use (weather permitting). Also a quick walk to SLU campus & downtown Canton or trek across town to SUNY Canton.

Cabin at Laing Family Farm

The Cabin at LFF is a small and cozy spot halfway between Canton and Potsdam. It sits on the edge of our small orchard on our 220 acre certified organic farm. From the front porch and kitchen window you can view our horses and/or cows grazing in their pasture. It has a kitchen, living area, loft bedroom and full bath. There is a Roku TV and Free wifi.
