My partner and I stayed here a couple nights and overall very much enjoyed the space. Inside the apartment was clean and updated. We did have trouble getting in (the code didn't work) but they were there within 10 minutes to help. The heat also wasn't working (stayed about 63 degrees in there) but again they did everything they could to help and we eventually found a space heater on the last day while we were packing up. We didn't love the overhead shower but that was a personal preference. If you are like me and don't wash your hair every day, bring a shower cap. Even with these few kinks I would stay there again because it was clean and they were extremely communicative and did what they could to make us happy and feel comfortable! Also great view of the pond outside the window.

What a lovely place! Spotlessly clean and an excellent value, Mark's guest suite had great parking and was very private from the rest of the family. And the deck overlooking the river had a peaceful view of the St. Joe River. He took good care of us.

What a wonderfully peaceful rental. Horses in the corral with morning mist surrounding them. Hiking paths thru the woods and a small lake with kayak's. What's not to love. Checking was a breeze and Amy was so friendly and charming. 5 Stars all around

I mean, what can I say other than what a perfect place for our families. We rented all three apartments. The huge yard with swingset:slide/sandbox/ so many bikes to ride. Great pier, raft for the kids to play on. Great swimming area..sandy. Our two year old great grandson cried when it was time to leave!😥 Great firepit area. Mandy communicated very well.

Not only was the place peaceful and serene it was clean and perfect. She allows you in to her barn to visit with the horses. the little dogs were great. 1 of the young ladies gave me hay to feed 1 of the horses. the sunset last night was beautiful. A great way to celebrate 20 years of marriage.

This was my second time staying here, we had a different unit which was just as good as the first. The place is clean, has everything you need and more.

Faye’s communications and instructions were perfect. The place is in the basement of their home but it’s very private and it’s on a neat river. They went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant and enjoyable and even gave us a $10 off coupon for a local breakfast place. Highly recommend this place, especially in the summer since it’s on the river.

This booking was smooth, start to finish. Loren responded immediately to any of our questions. I will definitely look him up again for any other properties he may have when traveling to Michigan. Excellent host! I highly recommend his places!

Great place! Well-equipped and very comfortable for larger groups. There is room to spread out and lots of good bedrooms. Outside space is great too (see other reviews). Easy to run for supplies in Three Rivers or the M60 Marathon gas, convenience and bait store. Happy’s Landing is a good place to eat or order carryout. The house is on the very north end of the lake where it is mostly grown in with lily pads and not open water, but you can dock a boat and get to the open lake for skiing and cruising. The wildlife is great – lots of swans, turtles and fish. We had a good time fishing off the boat near the lily pads – caught lots of small fish. Fishing off the dock was a little sketchy because of the plant life at the end of the dock.

Wow…this house is beautiful and the lake view was incredible, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We were able to host family and friends also staying near by for the same wedding and everyone was comfortable and so impressed. Thank you for helping us make awesome memories to last a life time, we will definitely be back!! ❤️

Lauren was a great host and immediately took care of our situation that developed. The swimming area was just spectacular for the little ones and the teens. There is everything there for the water and sand just look for it. Having the two living areas was nice as we could separate and relax. The kitchen had what you needed and there were two very close stores that you could stop at. Having a washer and dryer helped too. There is a reasonable boat rental place to have something for fishing, or it was great right off the pier. The cousins loved checking into the boathouse and having their own area. There are several single and a bunk, plus two rooms with queen beds. We will plan to return here, as the quiet and beauty was loved by all of us.

We had a lovely time with our family. It was peaceful and the kids enjoyed kayaking. Would definitely recommend.

We all enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms so we had our privacy yet room to work and eat together. The lake view was beautiful in spite of the wind and rain!

We had a wonderful stay! This is our third visit and we will be coming back. The farmhouse and the area are so nice and peaceful. We love it there
