Great location, walking distance to downtown. Nice and clean. Casey was a great host, communication was fast and easy. Would highly recommend his place.

We had a wonderful weekend. Eric's place was within walking distance of venues, restaurants, parks and our main event, the Kalamazoo Marathon. We didn't have to use our car at all. Eric was very helpful and friendly, as were all of the people we met in Kalamazoo. It's a great place to visit and Eric's is the perfect place.

Convenient to ND campus. Very clean setup. Host provided great instructions entrance and use of shower. Enjoyed the brief stay would definitely consider again! Host was very responsive and readily available. Thanks Kristina!

This a really nice spot in a great location. Paul was a fantastic host. Easy to talk to and was always quick to respond. He even bought me an extension cable so my computer charger reached the outlet to the desk, as well as a brand new bath mat! Check in was a breeze. Internet blazing fast. Very comfortable, spacious place, and I'm a real sucker for real hardwood floors. Lovely afternoon sunlight in the office nook while I worked. Having a full kitchen is also a big bonus. 10/10 would book again.

Kaydee was an amazing host! The apartment was decorated very nicely, with everything you could need in the kitchen to cook. Everything was easily accessible. It was in a nice location, very quiet. Kaydee was an excellent communicator and has put a lot of time and effort into this space. It was exactly what my husband and I were looking for for a weekend getaway. Thank you Kaydee!

What a great spot for a couple get away, a girls weekend or a bachelor pad. It’s perfect for anything. It is so spacious - my husband and I had a great get away weekend and would stop again if were in the area.

WOW!!! What a beautiful home!! It had everything you could think of along with the little special touches they had!!! It worked out so good with the wedding venue just a few feet away! The decor was so beautiful and so spacious for all to enjoy!!! Nick and his wife were so great to work with! 5 stars for sure!!!

I’ll never stop raving about how great this was for our group. There was so much space in and out, everything was so clean and nice! We plan to come back absolutely!

Great place! Well-equipped and very comfortable for larger groups. There is room to spread out and lots of good bedrooms. Outside space is great too (see other reviews). Easy to run for supplies in Three Rivers or the M60 Marathon gas, convenience and bait store. Happy’s Landing is a good place to eat or order carryout. The house is on the very north end of the lake where it is mostly grown in with lily pads and not open water, but you can dock a boat and get to the open lake for skiing and cruising. The wildlife is great – lots of swans, turtles and fish. We had a good time fishing off the boat near the lily pads – caught lots of small fish. Fishing off the dock was a little sketchy because of the plant life at the end of the dock.

Lauren was a great host and immediately took care of our situation that developed. The swimming area was just spectacular for the little ones and the teens. There is everything there for the water and sand just look for it. Having the two living areas was nice as we could separate and relax. The kitchen had what you needed and there were two very close stores that you could stop at. Having a washer and dryer helped too. There is a reasonable boat rental place to have something for fishing, or it was great right off the pier. The cousins loved checking into the boathouse and having their own area. There are several single and a bunk, plus two rooms with queen beds. We will plan to return here, as the quiet and beauty was loved by all of us.

Great place to spend with the family if you want some quiet time. My kids enjoyed swimming by the dock and catching some fish. They also met quite a few turtle friends while swimming. The house is spacious and has a relaxing vibe. There was so much natural light and huge windows for fresh air. Be prepared to bring ingredients or drop by the grocer's before heading in if you're the type to cook. Mitch' wife baked some homemade muffins for the family which the kids snacked on after a morning of swimming at the lake. Thank you so much. My kids can't wait to go back. We love White Pigeon and all it has to offer. Thanks again, Mitch and Kathy!

Our original reservation got canceled due to the furnace going out. David stopped what he was doing and went and cleaned his home for us to be able to stay. He went above and beyond to squeeze us in with such short notice. We appreciate everything he did for us and will definitely stay again.

It was beautiful for my family. The Host was very nice. The house was beautiful everything was top tier.The neighbors was very nice.I would definitely recommend to stay here& I’ll revisit

The SteadII Properties is the PERFECT Getaway! Clean, modern, aesthetically pleasing! Two bathrooms, spacious kitchen and living room space. And the bed, super comfy. The show was Amazing and perfect for two! Had a quick question about the tv- in less than 5 minutes, we were good to go. The location is super close to downtown, allowing access to amazing restaurants. Yet a nice location, easy to order and have delivered. The check-in policy was super easy. And extremely secure. We felt safe and sound, like home. My Husband and I had a wonderful time cultivating our marriage- quality time like we were far away from home. Yet close - with an at-home feel. Looking forward to our next stay! Definitely a Gem!

We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable environment during our stay. Cheryl was a great host. She was very helpful with any questions and any needs we had. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and very convenient to restaurants. While the location is in a quiet neighborhood, it is quick and easy to get to the main roads to either downtown Goshen, Dunlap or Elkhart. Thank you for making this space available.

Very nice apartment that is close to downtown. A couple of chairs on the balcony would be nice now that the weather is warming up!
