We are centrally located off A1A Beach Boulevard in Anastasia Island and within 1 mile to many restaurants and a 10 minute drive to Old Town St. Augustine.

This home, formerly known by local residents as "The Titanic,' was divided into an upstairs/downstairs duplex in the 1970s and lovingly restored over the last year. This upstairs unit features two bedrooms (one with a King bed and one Queen bed), a bathroom with walk in shower, a full kitchen that opens to the spacious living room and a private balcony.

We also provide beach chairs, beach cart and beach towels. There is a pet fee of $75.00 we allow 2 dogs
