The property is a short walk/bike-ride from the bike path, and iconic downtown Harbor Springs, the Lyric theatre, a dog beach, a bathing beach and so much more. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a twin rollaway in the closet and the sofa could be used for one guest too.

Located just miles from downtown, Lake Michigan, world class skiing and golf, biking and hiking trails, this is the perfect home base for any adventure. The entire apartment is private, with your own driveway, entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and living space.

We are one block from Sheplers Ferry Line to Mackinac Island. We do sit on the main street, so you will get some noise. There is a view of the bay and it’s a great spot to watch summer fireworks. We are within walking distance of our downtown stores, Restaurants, and Ice Cream. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement.
