The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

In our single-family home, we rent out our modern studio. The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Experience the special feeling of starting your day with a clear conscience. Right next to the main entrance, there is a free parking space available.

Wir vermieten eine sehr schöne, neu möblierte und gemütliche 30m2-Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Im offenen Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essplatz hat es ein grosses Bettsofa. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Wohnungseingang und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (keine Stufen), der gratis Parkplatz ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Dorf und ist einfach zu finden. Nur drei Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, 40 Minuten nach Zürich. Wir, die Gastgeberfamilie, wohnen im Obergeschoss.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Der See und die Berge sind Ideal für verschiedene Aktivitäten wie wandern, biken, schwimmen, joggen, Skifahren, Schneeschuhtouren, Schlitteln, usw. Winter: meinen Gästen stelle ich einen 2er Holzschlitten, original Schwyzer Handwerk gratis zur Verfügung. Frühling bis Herbst, ideal für Biker egal ob Flachland oder Mountain.

Die Einzimmerwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses in ruhiger Gegend, mit Parkplatz (+Garage für Fahrräder), kleiner Terrasse und separatem Eingang. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit einem ausziehbaren Sofa (140x200), einem Einzelbett auf erhöhtem Podest (nicht geeignet für kleine Kinder), eigenem Badezimmer und kleiner Küche (siehe Bilder). Das Haus befindet sich 5-7 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof, BZBS, OST und Stadtzentrum entfernt.

We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

St. Gallen zentral und gemütlich

Diese hübsche 1-Zimmer Wohnung liegt an zentraler Lage im Parterre mit separatem Eingang, kleinem Sitzplatz und eigener Küche. Sie wird sonst als Praxisraum benutzt. Das Badezimmer erreichst du in 1 ½ Meter Distanz über den Flur. Es ist zur alleinigen Benutzung. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und Spanisch. Auf Italienisch kann ich mich irgendwie verständigen.

Dieses sonnige Studio verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und eine Terrasse. Es enthält einen Schlaf-, Wohn-, und Essbereich Die Küchenzeile ist voll ausgestattet und ausschliesslich für vegetarische Benutzung bestimmt. Vom Studio aus hast du eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge. Unser Studio liegt inmitten eines Wandergebietes.
