We are solidly in farm country; 2 miles from lovely Cedar Lake; Soo Line Trail has hiking, biking & snowmobiling; park & bar in walking distance. Diversity is welcome.

The Corn Crib Cottage Barn or Villa is a luxurious and rustic 1100 square foot space. The Corn Crib originally used to dry corn and animal housing. This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Minimum 30 night stay. Near hospitals, SCSU campus (especially the Husky Arena), in a quiet cul-de-sac. This unit has 3 bedrooms with one of the bedrooms having been turned into a reading room. This unit is on the top floor as to not have anyone walking above. The building has security cameras as well as a vivint system for additional peace of mind. I look forward to hosting you on your next St. Cloud stay!

Sanders Lodge @Three Acre Woods

You can sleep well after a long day of snowmobiling, hunting, fishing or sight seeing at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Sit around the campfire in the evening and relax. This has a queen bed, twin trundle bed and comfy couch for sleeping. In the kitchenette there is a full size fridge, a two burner stove, microwave, coffee pot, blender and a toaster/pizza/convection oven. Be aware, you will have to share the party room side with some homeschoolers on Wednesday mornings.

There is also a fold out couch with a full-size mattress that is very cozy in front of the fireplace.

For those that enjoy cooking, the home comes stocked with kitchen necessities and if you’re just looking for a good cup of coffee in the morning, we offer a fully stocked coffee bar. There are plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained and a 65” TV (bring your streaming service passwords).

One bedroom apartment with private entrance located on 40 acres of rolling hills. Apartment is on second floor. Quiet location with beautiful views of a lake and countryside. Perfect place for a personal or writer's retreat or if you enjoy a quiet night's sleep. The apartment is attached to a single-family home which is our personal residence. Our home was constructed in 2014.
