St. Charles County: appartamenti vacanze

This was my first Airbnb stay. I felt completely welcomed. I felt safe. The value (especially considering floor space) is nothing short of incredible! Thank you for an excellent part of my visit to St Louis! Without a doubt I will stay here next time I visit the area if it is still available at that time.

The place was great! Clean and neat. Much bigger than it looks in the pics. Would definitely book again!!

We had such an enjoyable stay! The location was great and the home was beautiful and cozy. We felt right at home. The only issue we had were the upstairs neighbors early in the morning but that was no fault of this host. We look forward to visiting again!!

Great location for a walk to our Concert at Delmar Hall. We had a blast and loved the place. Shower is an eagle claw tub and difficult to use is my only heads up, otherwise, it was Great!!!

As someone who used to live in St. Louis this is perfect location wise! Really enjoyed my stay here and would highly suggest staying here. The hosts are very nice. Quick access to coffee, bars, world class food etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at Kathryn’s !

Greg was awesome and responsive with his instructions to get in. Even though his instructions were clear on how to get in, I got lost and confused and he was immediately messaging me how to get in. AWESOME AND COOL PLACE

This is a beautifully-renovated red brick row house in a fantastic walkable Soulard location at an exceptional price. The biggest bonus is there are two convenience store gas stations conveniently located directly across the street. I definitely recommend over any hotel in the area. However, there are a few kinks: 1) There is a street-side front door, and a parking lot back door, the door code only works on the street-side front door. 2) Counterintuitively, the shower turns on hot and you turn it up to make it colder. 3) The bedroom lamps are not very accessible. Minor growing pains that do not detract from the charming Airbnb property and location. There is a lot to do in the St Louis area to include: 1) Gateway Arch National Park, 2) Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site, 3) Fort Belle Fontaine & “Grand Staircase” National Register of Historic Places & County Park, and 4) Cahokia Mounds National Historic Landmark & UNESCO World Heritage. Jesse’s place was wonderful! The neighborhood is very quiet with a couple walkable restaurants. We had two vehicles and we were able to find parking right out front every time. Check in was a breeze. The apartment has everything you need and provides a very warm and homey feeling. Great for a weekend get away! Jesse was very accommodating and quick to respond every time. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location, beautiful interior, great parking --a peach of a property. The apartment was professionally designed and had a contemporary look. There are high quality appliances, a comfortable bed, great towels and a nice coffee station. Felt very safe and secure walking about. If you are planning a visit to the Anheuser Brewery, you are a five minute walk. The Arch and the Stadium are two miles away and an easy drive. Thanks for hosting us, Logan.

We came to St. Louis for a family wedding that was at The Four Seasons hotel. This was a very reasonably priced, clean, relaxing environment that has been beautifully remodeled. We were able to rent both of the apartment spaces that he had in the building and all got to enjoy the outside deck that had a direct view of the arch. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and the hotel. We highly recommend this place!

We had an excellent week-long stay in this well furnished apartment situated in a beautiful neighborhood. It was super clean, has modern appliances and a well-functioning (and quiet!) AC system. But I especially liked all the little things that make a huge difference: extra towels, plenty of hangers in the large closet, lots of drawer space in the bedroom, nightstands on both sides of the bed with lamps and USB outlets, a great hairdryer with separate controls for heat and fan, a sunny laundry room with laundry supplies, a bottle of wine…I could go on and on. I will definitely book this place again.

I stayed here as an extended stay of around 2.5 months and I would easily recommend this airbnb to anyone: Peggy went above and beyond to not only make it feel like home, but also made sure that there were no everyday needs to worry about. Extremely responsive and proactive with communication. The place was clean, cozy, with great wifi, and with laundry/cleaning supplies/cooking basics included as if it were my own home. The kitchen is a little dated, but never stopped me from doing what I needed. The location is gorgeous and near parks (and a 10 min drive for the hospital, where I worked) and I never had any issues with parking. Very safe as well! The place itself is cute and cozy and the temperature control works very well. Plenty of storage space as well. Honestly I could say many good things as they come to me, but in the end I just truly recommend this place!

Great spot in a great local St. Louis spot. Historic building above a cute coffee shop! Had an issue with a missing blind and they fixed it writhing hours of me notifying them. Would stay there again!

Nice and clean place located an a quiet, historical neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around the area to different coffee shops in the morning and grabbing a bottle of wine from the shop just around the corner in the evening. Perfect location for exploring St. Louis!

Love the place for our dance competition weekend. Super close to all the places we went, without feeling like we were right in the middle of the city. Space was nice for the 6 of us. We didn’t get to use it, but loved how the host left a membership card for the Botanical Gardens. Great trip and great house!

Chris' place was a great overnight stop for me as I am traveling across country. Dog friendly & great access to green spaces within walking distance! The city has a lot going, always things to do - I felt at home when I got there. Wish I had more time to explore the city!

Henry is just as amazing as the space and will make you feel right at home! I 1000% would recommend this space to anyone looking for a laid back stay in the Soulard area!

Wonderful accommodations and perfect location; hopefully will be able to return soon. Felt very comfortable in place and walking to an huge amount of eating, entertaining, and enjoying sites easily withing walking distance. Larry was great; perfect host! Unit was beautifully and tastefully renovated; could be a model unit for Pottery Barn or IKEA….WOW!!!

This was our second time booking at the Gem and we absolutely loved it as much as the first time. We look forward to staying again if we can

We rented both units for a wedding weekend reception at LaVerona. Bride and crew got ready in loft B. Lots of room in the kitchen for 4 makeup and hair artists to get everyone done. Groom and guys got ready in Loft A. Convenient for end of reception. Units were clean and looked just like the pictures. Very convenient to walk anywhere on The Hill. Mark was great at communication.
