This is our family cottage home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is newly renovated, and decorated. We occasionally open it to all responsible, respectful, adult guest who abide by the house rules. No outside guest allowed after check in. It is 6.7 miles/15 minute drive to New Orleans/ French Quarter. We live next door. Absolutely no parties/ Booking Person must be the guest/ no more than 3 guest ever. We may ask for ID. If unsure. before you will be given the key. Wifi and Netflix.

This camp includes wifi, bed linens, bath linens, fully equipped kitchen, washer, & dryer. Sleeps 7 quest. Access to the back down ramp & bayou. Renters must be able to climb stairs.

Lodge has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Lodge is elevated 23 feet with great views of the surrounding waterways. The mid-level is a covered 1200 sq.ft. deck. A full service ice machine, propane barbecue, boiling/frying station and fish cleaning station are located on this level. A freight elevator services both levels. The Lodge is only accessible by boat. Hopedale Marina is full service and app. 10 minutes by boat. Pip's back down is $10 dollars on lock box and app. 3 blocks away.

The back yard is completely fenced and is shaded by beautiful 100 year old oak trees. I also allow guest to bring a pet with a $50 fee. Pet should weigh under 30 pounds. This home can sleep a total of 12 guests
