This is one of the most immaculate Airbnb rentals I have ever stayed in - absolutely spotless. Host was responsive and informative during entire process. The property and views are stunning. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Donald’s place was perfect for my friend and I to have a relaxing week in sunny Florida. His unit is as described and met all our needs. The location is ideal if you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway.

Ashley’s Condo was exactly what we needed. Great value! Great location, we felt close to all the things we wanted to see yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Great access to the beach and it was beautiful and peaceful. The pool was just right and not crowded at all. We felt safe and we slept well. I would definitely book this place again.

We only spend a night at Vito's beach condo. Location was perfect if you want to be steps from beach and pool, and able to drive to historic district of St. Augustine. Vito is very responsive and very helpful to make sure you have what you need! Thank you very much Vito!

My group was myself, my daughter (18 yrs) and 3 friends. We were very comfortable and the location was great. We enjoyed being able to walk the very short distance to the beach and having a pool and pickleball/tennis courts was an added bonus! The condo was very clean, so cute, and had everything we could have needed (cooler, towels, sunblock, washer/dryer). The host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

We had such a lovely stay at Paul’s place. It was clean, quiet and had everything we needed for the week. He has a booklet with great information and suggestions about the facilities and nearby attractions. Any questions we had, Paul answered immediately. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching and listening to the ocean. We would definitely come back—we didn’t want to leave!

We loved our stay at Amy's condo. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The beach is just steps away. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Amy was friendly and communicative. We will definitely be back!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, clean, easy to find condo. Perfect for our family of 5. Great location and easy walk to the beach. Well stocked with beach gear including towels, toys, chairs, beach cart, and more! Our youngest loved swimming in the pool when she was tired of the sand. Very responsive host. We highly recommend this listing and would stay here again.

What a lovely place for my family and I to stay! It was only a few blocks to the beach . And only a short drive to restaurants and shops. The condo was spotless. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Being close enough to hear the ocean was worth it all! Beautiful and well maintained property. The condo is much bigger than I thought it would be! It’s very roomy and a great place for families with children. Overall our stay was amazing and we would definitely stay again! The beds were very comfortable and also having a tv in every room was great at night (when we weren’t walking the beach). This property also felt very safe which matters a lot to us! It was extremely close to restaurants and shopping and we also visited Washington Oaks Garden (it’s a must)! We spent a day in Daytona and a day in St. Augustine and enjoyed being in between both of those towns. If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay, this is it!

Tim and Melody were fabulous hosts. They were responsive and accommodating from our first communication to checkout. The house is in a great location with lots of amenities for a beach vacation. We absolutely loved our stay. The pool was a hit with our son and the location was a hit with us. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The condo was clean, updated and completely functional. We loved it so much we would love to come back next March!

Great place to stay with lots to do within walking distance. Beautiful beach only a short walk as well as restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, etc. Narelle was very quick to respond and helpful, answering all questions. The condo was perfect for my group of 3 and we all felt like home there. Would definitely recommend staying there!

It was an amazing experience. First, it was in a perfect location to things. Secondly, the beach and pool were perfect for our vacation getaway. Also, the hosts were so responsive and prompt to answering questions as well as being super accommodating to us! So thank you both!

We fell in love with the palm city area. The commanders shellfish camp and rodies place were our favorites. Publics right down the road. Multiple beaches around. Dani is a good property manager. Whole bunch of properties to choose from. Stay was clean. communication was easy and clear. House rules were simple and reasonable. Check out list was not overbearing. Would stay again.

Allen was a great host and we all had an incredible time. Steps to a beautiful private beach and fabulous pools. More than enough space for 7 of us in the condo. We will definitely try to stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Jeffery’s. The beds were comfy. We had all the towels we needed and there were even beach chairs and toys available. We had a nice evening in the community hot tub. A great vacay.

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. Nicole was a great host. Very responsive and available all throughout our trip! We had kiddos with us and they loved the variety if beach toys for the beach. We rented both units and they were both clean and ready early. The location was quiet and a quick 2-3 min. walk to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again!
