Surrounded by great pubs and restaurants, it is a picture postcard property, public carpark less than 100 yards away, it has everything you need for a comfortable cosy stay.

Stained glass, brick floor and exposed beams throughout the cottage. Our charming and cosy cottage is around half an hour from Cambridge and Saffron Walden. There is a private, gated entrance and free parking. Harpenden Town centre is located 3 miles away, with frequent direct trains into central London, St Pancras. Harpenden has all the local amenities you expect, including coffee shops, independent shops and great restaurants. London Luton Airport is only a 10 minute car journey away.

Spectacular , quiet, rural cottage. This cottage contains a large maisonette room with a super-king bed and a downstairs room with two double beds, ideal for up to 4 children who can share or two adults who prefer double beds. The bathroom has a bath with a shower in it. There is a fully operating kitchen/dining room. Lots of walks nearby either to the pubs in Little Missenden, Penn woods and Penn Street or further into Old Amersham. Shared use of a large garden and tennis court.

The Cottage has a bus stop a minutes walk away and a 20 minute walk/short drive to the train station (direct service in to London). The Cottage is the perfect space for couples, friends, business travellers, and families.

The Royal Holloway University is a ten minute stroll across the Village.
