Accessible to the ITS83 snowmobile trail system, hunting, fishing, boating, and ATV trail. Located on the shores of Mud Lake. Don’t let the name fool you. This is a beautiful lake in Northern Maine.

We offer everything to make you feel at home. We are also pet friendly. Enjoy your own space with private entrance, 1 bedroom (king bed with heated mattress if reqd) plus extra sleeping space on a queen pull out sofa. *air mattress and/or inflatable toddler bed also available for extra sleeping (by request)* Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with full size washer/dryer. Five minutes to border crossing to Maine, USA (Fort Kent). Close to ski resorts (5 mins) and scenic snowmobile trails.

House is located on 88 acres with beautiful views. House has 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom with king size bed. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each with a twin bed. There are two living rooms, an office and kitchen. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

Cabin is located on the Aroostook River in Caribou, Maine. ITS 88 can be accessed from this property. Sledding / ATV riding right from the cabin. 4 miles to Caribou and 6 miles to Presque Isle. You’ll love this cabin because of the outdoors and the view of the river. Perfect private getaway. Secluded, yet close to shopping and other venues. Great for couples, outdoors enthusiasts, hunters, fisherman, business travelers, or vacationers. We can even stock the cupboards and fridge for you.

Pour les amateurs de plein air le sentier de marche "Le Prospecteur" est un incontournable , sans oublier le centre de ski le mont Farlagne qui est a seulement 5 minutes. WIFI gratuit. Great lake house on Eagle Lake. This house has hardwood floors, a full kitchen and a comfortable deck with grill, outdoor seating and fire pit on the beach. Very peaceful location. Hundreds of miles of ATV trails! No need to trailer your ATV, you can connect to a trail from here! Direct access to snowmobile trail from the property! Wonderful place to kayak and canoe as well. There is always someone around to answer questions and offer help.

Island Guest House

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Enjoy a nature walk around Pelletier Island. Go fishing or paddle your canoe on beautiful Long Lake. Take in the scenery, relax, you’re at the lake. Access route to all the beautiful ATV trails in Northern Aroostook County. Enjoy the stunning fall foliage in September and October. Plenty of snow and awesome trails for snowmobiling.

Monticello Home for Families and Sportsmen

Complete 2 bedroom 2 bath house with a porch that has a full size bed, and the dry basement also has a full size bed. Less than 100 yards from snowmobile and ATV trails! Located less than a mile from unorganized territory with excellent grouse, deer and moose hunting (WMD zone 6). Close to Conroy lake which offers brook trout fishing and now ice fishing. The yurt is located in Easton, Maine and it sits on a piece of land that is 120 acres. The land is peppered with spruce and apple trees. There are hiking and snowshoeing trails out the door of the yurt. The ITS snowmobile trails are easily accessible. The yurt is cozy, comfortable and a great place to rest and relax while enjoying the outdoors.
