In the spring of 1948, a botanist named Sam and his wife settled here, inspired by a dream to live simply and study nature. They built this homestead cabin beside a stream, tucked beneath a canopy of giant trees. The cabin is a bright & welcoming studio, designed to bring the outdoors in with windows that frame the lush greenery all around. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen & a full bathroom featuring a soaking tub, perfect for unwinding to the soothing sounds of the flowing stream.

Our home has more amenities than any other in the area. It's a 5 bedroom, 4 bath, (3 are suites with private bathrooms) with 8 total beds. We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.

This fully renovated 5th wheel has everything you need, plus No Cleaning Fee! Situated on a hilltop in a quiet foothill neighborhood, you'll have a lovely view of our little valley and mountains. It sports a full kitchen with basics for cooking, RO for purified water, fridge/freezer, coffee maker & , Amazon Fire TV, WIFI, small but well equipped full bathroom, natural latex queen sized bed, AC & heat. Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
