Relax and unwind in our cozy fully furnished barn, on our tranquil 10 Acre property in Motukarara, the gateway to Banks Peninsula. The cottage was extensively refurbished in 2025 and offers a high standard of clean, beautifully presented self contained accommodation, with uninterrupted views of farm paddocks and rolling hills. Hang up a hammock, and enjoy the sun, or enjoy a scenic walk. Enjoy breakfast on the front deck, and drinks on the patio in the private garden to watch the sunset!

Arrive at the wonderful space we have created for a peaceful relaxing stay. Sit on the deck or in the spa and enjoy a gorgeous sunset with a glass of wine listening to the bird song. The spaces include a well-appointed kitchen, warm and inviting living area. Separate bedroom with a comfy queen bed. A sofa bed is available for a third guest or sleeping separate. The Motorway access is very close that allows you a quick route into Christchurch or travel to the north or south. This home stands alone from the main dwelling on the property and has its own private access.
