Take a quiet vacation at this fully renovated historical schoolhouse built in the 1800's. It offers an open floorplan with a loft area where the four twin beds are located *can be made more private by closing the barn doors. There is two full bathrooms, a large kitchen area, living space, dining space, and an open area we can set up to be used for craft activities or other activities upon request. It also has a Halo air purification system, stopping virus particles to travel through the HVAC.

Secluded Lakehouse w/ Hot Tub, Sauna & game room

Get away to the quiet of a lake in a secluded paradise! Enjoy an amazing panoramic view of Little Pleasant Lake while soaking in a hot tub and chilling out in a steaming barrel sauna in the woods. Located 30 minutes to Ann Arbor, 15 minutes to downtown Chelsea which offers plenty of great eats and drinks, 20 minutes to downtown Jackson, 10 minutes to Sandhill crane winery.

Welcome home. For our fourth experience, Kendall and I wanted to keep pushing two things : unique + cozy. Lights that can set a vibe with the push of a button. Check Gas fire inside, bonfire out. Check Custom epoxy dining table. Check Samsung The Frame TV. Check Light strip on the wall that would make Luke Skywalker jealous. Check And the chefs kiss? A massive hot tub that we probably splurged a hair heavy on. But what we call an investment, you will call the best part of your trip.

Rosie’s Loft

Welcome to Rosie's Loft, a two-bedroom second floor apartment in downtown Historic Marshall. Our charming loft has three floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed brick walls, decorative tile in the full bath, and hints of the original ceilings throughout. It's comfortable, with oversized furniture and modern touches. The original staircase entrance is worth the climb to this cozy space. Walk to local boutiques, pubs, and restaurants. Enjoy being in the center of everything Marshall has to offer.

The Barn Quilt Bungalow- Views of horses right out your window! Includes 1 bedroom (queen), 1 pull out mattress (queen), 1 bathroom (shower), living room, kitchen, heat & A/C. Walk the trails or walk to the winery. MAX OCCUPANCY is TWO guests. You can add a third for $30/night. Guests may not bring additional people, no matter how long. Airbnb will be contacted immediately if you exceed the max occupancy. No children, animals, or service animals (allergy/ health hazard).

An entire older home nestled in a historic district with a beautiful view, quiet and private. Cozy for two, spacious for six. A lush backyard invites a rest on the deck. There are three upstairs bedrooms (two queen, one king) and full bath and a second full bath in the basement. A 4-block walk to a vibrant main street with lots of restaurants. The main floor has full kitchen, internet, living and dining rooms with a beautiful sunroom. There is no bed or bath on the main floor.

Outpost Treehouse

The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 50 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!
