Your private guest suite is located in the recently remodeled lower level of my home and includes a spacious living room with a TV, a dining table/workspace, a full updated bathroom, and a cozy bedroom—all exclusively yours. The suite has a convenient kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, water kettle, and toaster. You'll also find chilled water, Keurig coffee, and a selection of teas stocked just for you. Laundry is available, and there’s a utility sink that’s perfect for washing dishes.

Sunnydale Chalet and Gardens

A spacious private garden level apartment attached to our home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with a peaceful creek, windchimes, flowers, large back yard, and many amenities nearby. You will find freshly washed and ironed sheets on a wonderful new mattress to provide you with a wonderful night's rest. Your pet cat or dog are important guests also. Be sure to register them. We will work hard to make them feel special and they shouldn't be forgotten.

The Wayside

This listing is a suite with a living room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The living area also has a sleeper sofa for additional sleepers. It has a separate entrance, private parking, and an outside patio area with accessibility to a hot tub, beautiful yard with playground, and close to the Greene shopping area . In the refrigerator will be water along with coffee, tea and a few snacks. Whole house generator installed- no fear of power loss.
