Bethany’s place at Ocean Grove/Neptune Township was awesome! This was a last minute thing and she was very flexible, understood the situation that we were going through as the previous host in Manahawkin, NJ dropped the ball on me & my family on the same day of the check-in. Her home was more than what we expected, we held our small Wedding Ceremony outside the very next day on her property. I would definitely come back again at this very location and/or other properties. Bethany replies to you promptly, she is friendly, welcoming, treats you with kindness, professionalism and respect. Truly the best the host so far and trying out AirBnB for the first time.

Having grown up in the area I am very selective as to where I want my family to stay when we come back to visit. Diane’s home was outstanding. Perfect place for me and my kids. 2 minute walk to beach but less noise being off Ocean Avenue at night . Bradley Beach is a quieter town (has the best restaurant in the whole area- Skratch Kitchen and the best bakery- Del Ponte’s- cannoli every morning by 7am) but you can get to thumping Asbury Park in 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes on a bike. Diane’s home was really comfortable. Plenty of amenities including beach towels, beach chairs (that actually work, not seen all the time) and badges. Plenty of supplies in the house as well. It’s really nice having a basement source for an escape either way couch and shower. The three floors give everyone a place to hang in their own space. Diane is super responsive and will address any issue immediately. Can’t wait to stay there again next time.

Sea Bright is a typical Jersey Shore town with a beautiful beach and great restaurants (one of the best in the state) and, Dave's house is the perfect place to stay to enjoy all the shore has to offer. The house has been carefully and beautifully restored; you can still see some of the original wide floor boards. The modern kitchen was immaculate. The bedrooms were carefully coordinated in blue and white (no miss matched anything will do here). Having eight beds makes it an ideal place for family or friends to gather. There is room for two cars in the driveway, a big plus and, chairs for relaxing in the back. Beach access is a short stroll away. Staying at Dave's is a treatcation, a new word to describe a special vacation place.

Julianne and Tim were gracious hosts, super helpful when we ran into a few snags with the front door lock. And I couldn't imagine a more beautiful spot in Manasquan, nestled on a quiet side street just a couple of blocks from the beach. The house is wonderful, spacious yet cozy (the couches are especially comfortable) and it's a great location for the price. One thing to keep in mind (especially for folks traveling from far away) is that you need to bring your own linens, pillows, and blankets, but the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, and the house is within walking distance of most amenities you'd need. This would absolutely be my first recommendation for places to stay in the area. Would love to come back if they'd have me!

Great place especially with young kids

Dan’s home is head and shoulders above anyplace I’ve stayed before. It is beautifully designed and curated with ‘top of the line’ finishes, decor, cooking essentials and no detail is overlooked. Spotlessly clean and organized- with guests relaxation encouraged. He has thoughtfully placed beautiful books, a telescope for stargazing, binoculars for birdwatching, turn table for ‘rockin’out’ (album collection on hand) this is Asbury after- all. He was a fantastic host and always friendly and responsive- My dream home and kitchen

My family loved staying here with plenty of room for 3 generations of adults to relax and visit over the holidays . The kitchen was well equipped to make a light meal or enjoy dinner in. So many interesting shops and eateries in Ocean Grove and Asbury Park were a short walk from the house. Plenty of towels, linens. We saw lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys but it was winter so didn’t use them (but if you visit the house in the summer, rest assured, it is well stocked). We did enjoy sitting on the pretty front porch in the afternoon sun and walk on the beach. My family has already asked me to reserve again for next year 😊. Katrina was a responsive host, everything was exactly as pictured in the posting and spotless.

Olivia Sara was very communicative with my friends and I when we stayed for a long weekend. Wanted us to enjoy our stay and made that possible even offered to bring extra sheets or anything we needed.

We never stayed in Ocean Grove before and it was great especially because it was not summer vacation season and we had beautiful weather for late March. The town is very walkable with beautiful houses to gaze upon. The town is immaculate. Katharine's place is maybe 5-6 blocks from the beach; in nice weather, it's an easy walk over to Asbury Park. Katharine's place worked well for us as the living room was comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and the bathroom both clean and functional. Not being the sharpest knife in the drawer, I couldn't figure out to adjust the heat in the bedroom; should have contacted Katharine. Lots of storage in the bedroom. We had ourselves an enjoyable weekend. Thanks.

Can’t even put into words how happy I am with the stay. John and Maria are GEMS and their house made my heart light up. Seriously a treat to get to look at a home so pretty let alone stay in it! A friend and I came up from Baltimore for a show at the Stone Pony and just had possibly one of my favorite vacations ever. Beautiful beaches amazing music (seems to be lots of music history to learn about here too) and the airbnb was just THE CUTEST. Only thing I may recommend is bring an extra pillow of your own if you’re picky about it but I’d also bet my life savings John and Maria would give you another if you asked I just didn’t bother to. For all I know there was an extra one in our little linen closet. 10/10 time through and through. EVERYONE GO!

Our stay was perfect! My friends and I came for the Asbury St. Patrick’s Parade and our stay was perfect location for what we wanted. Super comfortable beds and had all of the essentials we needed for our night stay!

Great stay! Close to cookman Ave, for great restaurants and shops. This home is perfect for a couple looking for a few nights away. Large comfortable king size bed and a great kitchen. Would definitely stay again! Extra plus that it’s dog friendly.

We stayed at Raquel and Carlos' house for a few nights. They were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The house was very comfortable and everything looked brand new.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pat’s cottage. The location was incredible as we had access to beach, restaurants and all Bay Head has to offer.

Great location and house. It suited our needs perfectly for Thanksgiving week with family. We thoroughly enjoyed the musical instruments, records, games, and fire pit. The home is older but full of character and charm. It has excellent Wi-Fi for remote working. The kitchen is well appointed; we cooked several meals throughout the week. Walking distance or a quick drive to many great restaurants. Communication was quick and easy.

Fantastic stay! We were very impressed with the location and how responsive the host was. We loved the patio, biking to the beach, and how coastal the place felt! In the future, we will definitely consider staying again.

Great place for family to share quality time. Game room was great. Lots of games to play. Movie theater was great. Very comfortable. Wished we could have stayed longer!
