We loved our stay at Kathleen’s River spot. Several cats were entertaining during our Al fresco dinners. We figured out how to stream to the TV, cooks steaks from the local HEB and the meat was yummy and were easily prepared with the provided charcoal grill. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor experiences. Everything we needed was supplied and if you needed anything HEB and restaurants were close. We were there for work, so didn’t partake in the river but local food was plentiful and service and hometown feel was exactly what we needed. Will work to come back and stay longer. Would love to have just sat, played cards and lazed a bit more!

My husband and I and our little dog had a great time staying at Mindy's place. It was perfect for us! We love sitting outside and watching the deers and it was an easy drive into town or to the caves. I loved the layout of her place, it was small but it was laid out perfectly so that when my husband got up a little earlier than me he could go and sit in the small side room and read his book or get on his computer without waking me up . We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful stay! Kenneth greeted us to give us a short tour - pleasant and friendly, but not intrusive. We enjoyed talking with him. The apartment was clean and lovely - not cluttered with enough decor to feel homey. We were in town for an event and did not cook like we usually would, but the kitchen was clean and was very well stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable with soft quality sheets. The shower had no water pressure issues and was stocked with quality products, including name brand TP. The patio was lovely and we saw deer feeding on the foliage in the yard. Nice area, easy access yet quiet. Kenneth surprised us and printed out downtown info for us after we talked about our plans - he went above and beyond! I would definitely stay here again. Beautiful condo with all the amenities. Just steps away from great restaurants, shopping, and the legendary Gruene Hall. I would definitely stay here again and wish we could have stayed longer. 5 stars!

We all very much enjoyed Suzanne’s Airbnb. It was very nice on the inside and in the perfect part of New Braunfels. It had great pools and hot tubs and access directly to the river! This is my second time booking with Suzanne and would be an immediate go to again when I’m in the area. She also communicated very well and fast with me and helped make the stay 10x easier for us. There is also private security patrolling the private property at all times which is always a plus! I would highly recommend staying here for a great family vacation especially if schilterban is on your to do list since it is walking distance away!

Loved the area grew up down the street so to see everything going up in area was awesome hunter was wuick to respond when needed and let us check in early to drop off luggage was amazing thanks again

This home was great for the group of us that came into town. House was extremely clean, and had great recommendations as well. House looks just like the photos and was in a great place. Would definitely stay here again. The snack box with candy was also a hit and a great touch.

The house was perfect for a work trip to San Antonio. It is easy to get anywhere in SA from here. Most importanly for me is cleanliness and clutter free and this home was definitely clean.

It's so nice to find a place where we can take our puppies and is so clean and accessible. Great locations to all of our family in Austin, San Antonio and Gonzales. Jayson is a thoughtful host and everything you need is there in a quiet neighborhood.

The house met out needs and was close to everything we needed and wished to see on San Marcos.

Beautiful place, incredible location, friendly host! We took our toddler to Schlitterbahn for the first time and we were so surprised at how close the unit was to the park. We were able to walk to multiple local restaurants as well as the park entrance within only 5 minutes. Host was friendly and responsive, even helping us when we left vital toiletries behind. The unit was quiet, clean, and very well stocked. Will definitely stay again when back in town.

Perfect spot to walk to Gruene Hall and walk home. The place was very clean and close to the river. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in Gruene

The place had everything we needed. It was organized and they used the open space wisely. It was super quiet-because it’s April and it’s also a top level condo. The pool and spa are well taken care of and the access to the Comal was easy.

Ideal location and beautiful property. Condo was well furnished and very clean. Comfortable linens and beds. Would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was perfect! Everything was exactly as described. We had a girls weekend and the condo was in a perfect location for Gruene are fun! It was also a beautiful place overlooking the river!

Natalie was not a Super Host she is Super Duper Host. We enjoyed her place very much.
