The house is situated in a pedestrianised area and is a short walk down to the port with its shops, bars and restaurants, or a walk up to free parking at Milos Square. A small (32 square meters) summer family house located on the beach of Megali Ammos. Wake up and jump straight to the sea, sleep with the sound of the waves. Outside siting area where you can have your lunch or dinner under the shade of the pomegranates and palm tree. Sun-beds on the terrace to relax and some that you can carry to the beach underneath. Nice cafes, restaurants located nearby at the beach. Please keep in mind that the Seahouse shares a terrace with the house next door.

We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The ground floor has been reformed to a functional 45 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Skopelos in the best way.
