A second story “Guest Suite” with private entrance and entire space to yourselves. One bedroom with queen bed, complete bathroom remodel, and kitchenette with a lit up Parisian style balcony over looking courtyard to which guests are welcome. Cozy and secluded, with a bit of luxury awaits you, all within walking distance to downtown entertainment. Enjoy the ambiance of a fireplace and candles, or the balcony while under the night skies or that morning coffee. Pubs and eateries 1 block away.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Among other things, it has a separate entrance, a garage bay for parking out of the elements, a washer and dryer, and a wooded setting. You'll be within 20 minutes of area attractions like downtown, Spokane Falls, the Centennial Trail, and Green Bluff.

You will be 3 miles from the heart of downtown & within walking distance to antique shops, bars, restaurants & other local businesses. Enjoy high ceilings, large windows, a fully stocked kitchen, 75"&55"TV, & comfortable king & queen size beds. Sleep more with futon & large couch. Second floor is unoccupied. Property managers live on premises in a separate basement unit, guests will have their privacy.

Just 20 minutes from downtown, our sunny daylight basement has been remodeled for you! Enter through your own door with a key-pad lock. A hot tub and gazebo are right outside the door: patio furniture, a gas fire pit, and a BBQ grill ready to be enjoyed. The interior space is bright and sparkling clean! The kitchen opens into the family room with a smart TV. Just around the corner are two bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom. Ask us about renting our E bikes!

Newly Remodeled Studio Loft with Prairie Views

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Nestled in a natural setting only moments from downtown Spokane and the airport you can't beat this location. After a busy day, simply wind down with your complimentary bottle of wine in the hot tub or the sauna (or both!) before settling in to to his locally-inspired contemporary space. Enjoy your favorite show or simply relax in bed and let the calming double-sided fireplace lull you to sleep.
