During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

Meadowview Glen is attached to a gorgeous farmhouse in a rural setting north of Spokane. The apartment is like a mini farmhouse with all the charm of the main house. Just 30 minutes to downtown Spokane and just 15 minutes to shopping and eats. We are close to Green Bluff and Mt. Spokane and across the street from the Little Spokane River. Our 3.9 acres are quiet and peaceful and the unit is light, cozy and cheerful. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

We are located in North West Spokane, 10 minutes to Whitworth College, 15 minutes to downtown Spokane & 1 hour to Silverwood. We have 3 bedrooms available, plus an air bed if needed. Also your own 1/2 bath & 3/4 bath with a large sauna. There is a large 70 inch TV with cable, Ping pong table for some extra fun! Board games in the TV cabinet. Plenty of parking available. *This space requires the renter to go up/down a flight of stairs* PLEASE book for the correct number of guests!!
