Spacious and cozy loft on the ground floor of an old traditional house in the beautiful and quaint core of Splügen. Small outdoor terrace to dine at the sound of a stream. A few steps from the departure of the cableway and at the center of a network of trails for hiking and mountain biking. Tastefully furnished: a double bedroom (with skylight instead of window), a small children's room with no window, a double sofa bed, a spacious bathroom, a modern kitchen and bright and warm living room.

Donat is a farmer village with approx. 260 inhabitants. Away from mass tourism but with a long history of hospitality you can meet the locals and their lifestyles and get around by foot, bus or car. The apartment is situated at the entrance of the village and close to the bus stop. If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature Naturpark Beverin reveals right in front of you. Skiing-areas: Splügen, Avers, Heinzerberg, (20-45min).

In 2 Gehminuten ist man im Dorfkern und somit beim öffentlichem Verkehr. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen Lage mit der direkten, schönen Aussicht auf den Hinterrhein und die Berglandschaft. Meine Unterkunft ist geeignet für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien mit 2 Kindern.

Die Unterkunft liegt an erhöhter, sonniger Lage in der Gemeinde Sufers, ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Sitzplatz mit Blick in die Berge und auf den See. Die Wohnung bietet Unterkunft für vier Personen, zwei im Schlafzimmer, zwei im Wohnzimmer. Im Dorf bestehen Einkaufssmöglichkeiten im Primo-Laden und in der Sennerei. Auf Wunsch kann auch das Frühstück bebucht werden, Bedingungen anfragen.

...die letzten 5 km bis Vals, das sind meine liebsten. Ab der kleinen weissen Kapelle in der engen Lücke. Weil es nicht mehr weit ist. Ich freue mich jedesmal aufs Neue! Lass die Sorgen unten im Tal Steig in den Lift und fahre in den 5 Stock, dort wartet auf Dich dein Rückzugsort für einen Moment. Ich freue mich, mein Zuhause in den Bergen mit dir teilen zu können. Hostel to the little gorge

In springtime 2016 we bought that 300 year old house and renovated it until the end of the year. It's one of the oldest houses in Sufers. It's a great pleasure to us to be able to offer you now the new furnished 3-rooms apartment. Our house is right at the river bank of a rushin mountain stream. On one side of the house you feel like beeing somewhere in nature, on the other side you are in the village.

Ausgangspunkt für die schönsten Outdoor-Aktivitäten. Im Winter hast du direkten Zugang vor der Haustüre zu den schönsten Langlaufloipen. In wenigen Minuten erreichst du das schöne Skigebiet Splügen Tambo. Im Sommer startest du von zu Hause aus die tollsten Wanderungen. Über den Splügenpass bist du innert 20 Minuten in Italien.

Heimeliges Studio für 1 bis 2 Personen

Schönes, heimeliges Studio im Herzen von Lumbrein. Auf 1405 m.ü.M die Bergwelt geniessen! Das Studio befindet sich im Parterre eines wunderschönen, alten Bauernhauses unterhalb der Wohnung der Gastgeber. Parkplätze und ausreichend Raum für Bikes und Skier ist vorhanden.
