The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

Travis Treehouse

Kick back and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. While not a literal treehouse, this home is perched in a canopy of trees that borders a peaceful hillside. This custom home was designed to take in the beauty of nature and unwind from daily life. Country contemporary style and beautiful views greet you inside. Enjoy a beverage on the back deck, get cozy by the fireplace, or sleep while gazing at the stars with two skylights above your bed. There is a 200' gravel pathway to the front door.

Chanticleer Log Cabin for 2, lake cove, 26 acres

Unwind in a restored log cabin just for two with special comforts and seclusion, perched amidst oak trees, with a detached screened porch/fireplace. There is ONLY ONE guest cabin on 26 acres with our Lake Travis shoreline in the distance. A pastoral sunrise view of deer across the field begins the day. Central A/C, smart tv, clawfoot tub/shower, cotton bedding, duvet and robes. Propane grill. See the night sky, Wildlife/flowers, birding, stars-all yours. We opened Chanticleer Log Cabin in 1996!

This memorable place is anything but ordinary - a quiet, peaceful setting with a bird sanctuary right behind the unit observed from the kitchen window. Relax on the deck in the evenings watching the beautiful sunset, star filled skies at night, the donkeys and chickens corralled in the distance, and the goldfish swim in the Lilypad pond just off to the side. If you are looking for a unique experience outside of Austin, make your way to this vacation rental in Lakeway! This is a luxury tiny home with a well appointed interior, upscale appliances and a wealth of windows to pull the outdoors inside. While the location will feel secluded, this property is just 5 minutes to Briarcliff boat ramp community on Lake Travis. We are just 25 miles from downtown Austin. Two dogs allowed no cats or other animals. Pet fee of $25 non refundable.

The Hammock House (HH) is a quiet space to just get away, relax, focus and realign. Designed for two away from the busyness of life. It's also a great central location for Enchanted Rock, Longhorn Cavern, Pedernales State Park and historic Fredericksburg. Located in the Hill Country, 1- hr west of Austin and 7 mi south of Marble Falls. Once you enter the private gate, meander down to the HH tucked away on this 200 acre privately owned property.

This hill-country cabin hideaway is a wooden work of art. Explore the natural beauty of the area with a visit to Hamilton Pool, Reimer's Ranch, Krause Springs or Muleshoe Park. We're also conveniently located so guests can get to Austin for live music and The Hill Country Galleria for shopping. Venture a little further West to experience the local vineyards. There's plenty to do and see or just kick back and relax.
