We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary! Google Maps missed the driveway entrance to the property, but there was a very helpful sign that told us right where to go. The property was everything we needed it to be. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the natural surroundings. Lots of birds, a serene lake to overlook, and fortunately the weather was perfect during our stay. There is a community of homes lining the lake, so there was a bit of traffic noise from the main road into town but plenty of tree cover so that we felt like the porch and property was still very private. The furniture inside and the beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. You could really tell Linda has been very thoughtful about this property to make it as welcoming and comfortable as possible to those who stay here. We have no complaints! Denise was such an amazing host. Everything in the description matched her house. I didn’t need anything while there but she was responsive when I let her know we had checked out. It was very peaceful. Such a perfect location to go to Santa Claus or even Kentucky! The house was clean, plenty of parking, etc. It was absolutely perfect. She even had some playing cards there to play with family.

Beautiful place! It felt right at home. The pictures don’t do it justice. Great location between Santa Claus and Jasper. The cleanest and comfiest Airbnb I’ve been to!

Thank u for letting us stay at ur family oasis we had a wedding to attend at Tanglewood venue and it was convenient. We loved the fire pit out back with the covered picnic area and my grandson loved the swing.

Very quiet and beautiful location. The house is comfortable and well equipped. Lynn is a lovely host giving us privacy but being very available. This will be our go to place in Owensboro when we visit my sister 😀

I love the cabin. The beds aren't that great comfort wise but everything else was perfect.

Our family of 3 had a wonderful visit to Owensboro Kentucky! We had stayed at the farm house before, but it was nice to be back. The hosts were gracious and quick to respond, as always. Although it was a bit too cold this time for the catch and release pond, the view was lovely. We had communicated our time of arrival, so the porch lights were on for us & there were fresh flowers & a snack waiting inside after self check in! Thanks again!

My family stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect. The game room/second living room was a perfect area for the older kids to hang out at. The place is very accommodating with everything you need. The location was perfect to go to holiday world and secluded with no worries about traffic with kids outside. Would definitely recommend staying here!
