Furnished to a high standard, the bungalow is located in a quiet, residential area of Runcorn with local shops within walking distance and the main railway station a 5 minute drive. Parking is available directly in front of the property. The bungalow is also a 15 minute drive to Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport and 25 minutes to Manchester Airport.

Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

It is only a ten minute taxi ride from Liverpool airport and on direct bus and train routes ( 10 minutes ) into the city centre. Sefton park is close by, as is Lark Lane , with a range of vibrant cafes and restaurants We live close to Grassendale park and it's only a 10 minute walk to the river Mersey.

Nestled between the lively Allerton Road and Smithdown Road, you'll find a great selection of bars and restaurants. Plus, you're just a short drive from football stadiums, Strawberry Fields, The Cavern Club, and the Albert Dock, museums, and stunning cathedrals. 30 min walk to Sefton park, 15 minute walk to Greenbank park.

The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. The Black Bull and Bear's and Staff pubs, both serving good food, are 5 minutes walk.
