GSP Airport-7 miles, Downtown Greenville-15 miles, Downtown Spartanburg-15 miles, Charlotte NC Airport-73 miles Asheville NC- 46 mi (The lake has been lowered for the winter 5 ft -you can still kayak)

It’s perfect for a weekend getaway for families that wishes to escape their busy city life style. It has a open floor plan with fire place. Beautiful balcony to watch sunsets. Private access to the lake for fishing and scenery. No private events. Please be mindful of noise levels. Gatherings aren’t allowed on the property. Enjoy your stay.

Maggie's Lake House

Private - Quiet and secluded neighborhood on Lake Bowen with dock & lake access. Enjoy spacious house with private 20x40 in-ground swimming pool, dock for fishing and boating, large decks & charcoal grill make for a great BBQ day! 2 kayaks provided! If you plan to bring your own boat to use from Maggie's dock, contact the Lake Bowen Warden Office to obtain boat sticker. Boat rentals are also available. Starting June 15, 2021-Spartanburg County Occupancy tax is 3% for each night.
