💐 Current guests will be leaving June 5th. Great neighborhood for visiting nurses or professionals. Lots to do in midtown, and river walk , down town area. 1 Mile. 1 queen room. Full bed child or 1 adult) prefer max 2 adults total. I’ll be glad to refund part of utilities if used moderately; while you aren’t there, or all night. Im charging less per night, but some insist on 24/7 usage. NO smoking/vaping of any kind, including the patio. Thank you!
