We renovated a key west style home into a modern beachy oasis. You can kayak, bike and boat to the beach right from the house! This safe waterfront neighborhood has tons of friendly people out walking, running, biking, dog walking, etc. The house is 1/4 mile to the beach as the crow flys. Beach entrances are 2 miles away. We have 2 nice adult bicycles, kayaks and fishing rods for you to use. Located just off Wiggins Pass Road between 41 and the ocean. Stilt home. Don’t even need a car.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway tucked away on the water withing walking distance to downtown bonita. This 1947 home has been completely updated throughout, leaving touches of the original home where we could. It sits on a beautiful waterfront property with a dock, old well, tropical plants, a fire pit and the original stairs leading down to the waters edge. A charcoal grill, bikes, a canoe, and paddle boards are also on premises for your use at bo additional charge!

Beautiful newly built spacious studio in downtown Bonita Springs, 7 miles from the world famous Barefoot beach, and only 100 steps away from the popular Riverside park where many events and festivals are held. This spacious studio is modern with a very tall ceiling with exposed wood beams, well lit with giant slider doors, with a full sized kitchen and full patio area. Perfect for a couple on a get-away or even a single person just traveling for leisure or work. Clean at all times.

This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet.
