Soyaux: soggiorni in alloggi con patio

Catherine et Michel sont disponibles et très gentils. Nous avons choisi leur dépendance dans le cadre du FIBD. Bien qu'un peu excentré, leur logement cozy et chaleureux a été tout à fait accessible en utilisant les bus (15min de la gare d'Angoulême) pendant tout le festival. Un grand merci !

Logement très propre et fonctionnelle. Il est bien situé avec des bus amenant au centre ville d'Angoulême, qui peut également être accessible à pied (si ça dérange pas de marcher) Je recommande vivement ce logement pour votre séjour a Angoulême

A very comfortable stay in a beautiful location. We stayed in the Terrace Apartment which was tastefully decorated, very clean and welcoming. The supplied cold water and milk were so helpful as it meant we could make an emergency cup of tea to start our day before heading to the supermarket! All toiletries and tea and coffee supplied! Would definitely stay again.

Un hôte très réactif. Logement très bien aménagé avec la salle de bain et une cuisine avec frigo et salon avec télévision dans le studio. Lit confortable. Appartement très propre. Accès à une autre cuisine avec four et micro-ondes et des parties communes si on le souhaite. C’est très bien pensé et bien propre. Accès à des horaires libres avec code d’accès, très pratique. Et un parking en contre bas pour se garer facilement. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Excellent séjour chez Catherine ! Je recommande vivement ce lieu pour les voyageurs cherchant un endroit familial, paisible et au vert. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. De nombreuses activités sont possibles même avec des enfants en bas âge.

Maison très bien équipée et agréable qui nous a permis de nous retrouver en famille. L’hôte est accueillant et arrangeant pour l’arrivée et le départ. Nous recommandons ce Air b&n.

The view is amazing! Lots to do, she even gives you a list of things to do. The shower is top notch! The place is beautiful and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset every night. Recommend!

Corrine and Stéphane are exceptional hosts! They go above and beyond to ensure that all guests feel welcome and taken care of throughout their stay. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality make the trip perfect in every way. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be recommending their place to everyone we know. Een fijn verblijf voor onze overnachting onderweg naar Spanje. Een mooie rustige en groene omgeving. Onze meiden hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de spelletjes :-)

Raphaël est un hôte très accueillant et attentif aux soins des voyageurs. Raphaël est par ailleurs très réactif pour répondre aux sollicitations pendant le séjour. Nous avons en conséquence passé un très bon séjour à Angoulême, ce d'autant plus que le logement est très bien, spacieux et propre. Il correspond en tout point à la description. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Le logement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. De belles balades aux alentours. Excellent séjour chez Jèm pour nous trois et notre chat. La proximité des chiens des propriétaires n'a posé aucun problème car le cloisonnement est très efficace (pour ne pas effrayer le chat) et les chiens sont très gentils. Nous recommandons !

Super stay in a very historic building, swimming every day. Internally superb although the main building could do with a bit of attention, only expected with the age of the place. Great stay...thanks Jason
