Nina's Cottage - Southwold

Nina's Cottage is a recently renovated holiday home, perfect for up to 4 people (and furry friends). I've lovingly furnished and decorated it to a high standard to make it the perfect base to explore Southwold and the surrounding areas. The house features a cosy lounge with a log burner, a very spacious kitchen and living space, large master bedroom and king size double bed, a twin bed 2nd bedroom, as well as a fully enclosed garden. Ideally placed only a short walk to the high street and beach.

The front door opens into an open plan lounge kitchen/diner with a seperate utility leading to a single bedroom. Upstairs to the left is a separate family bathroom and to the right a double bedroom with sliding privacy panels & it’s own en-suite then a further larger bedroom with zip n link king or twin beds.

The Dairy at Bortons Farm is a self-contained annexe attached to the rear of the farmhouse. 15 minutes drive from Southwold, it offers a peaceful rural location but near to the beautiful beaches of Southwold and the busy market town of Beccles. We have 2 bedrooms, a shower room, two toilets and a fully fitted kitchen plus washing machine. Wifi throughout. Enclosed and secure garden. The living area has TV with Sky box and Amazon Fire TV stick. EV charging point available (charges apply)

Due to the authentic nature of the cottage it is not suitable for infants or the infirm with its Suffolk brick flooring.
