Shoreham Beach Guest suite

Two large stylish bedrooms, opposite beautiful Shoreham Beach. Both are light & airy and have their own seating areas. The beds are 5ft and there is also room for children's beds. We have a travel cot & small mattress should you require. The suite is accessed by a private entrance and has a small partly covered outdoor area at the front. An internal lockable fire door keeps the rooms private from main house. There is no kitchen. It's perfect for a seaside break literally 30 secs from the beach!

The Quirky Houseboat Dodge

A unique opportunity to stay in a floating piece of artwork. The carapace is an upturned lifeboat hull mounted on a Dodge fire engine. Moored on estuarine mudflats on the River Adur. Sit outside and enjoy the RSPBs' smallest reserve. Cross the towpath to the park and playground, 2 minutes walk to beach, 10 minutes to town centre. Come and stay at our garden lodge, fully self contained, arranged over 2 rooms, with separate shower room. Sleeps up to 4, twin beds in bedroom, additional sleeping in lounge on sofa bed and chair bed. Kitchenette area with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer. TV and free Wi-Fi. Situated at the end of our garden, the lodge has a decking area. Access is next to our house. On a quiet road with free parking. Buses to Brighton run frequently from the end of the road.

This is a split-level chalet bungalow. Although private, the accommodation is not self-contained and the short hallway is shared with the host. The host is committed to the Enhance Cleaning Process and Safety Requirements created by Airbnb. There is an extra charge for the use of the single room. Price quoted is for 1 or 2 people sharing the double room. Guests have private use of shower/toilet and of the open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, Smart TV including WIFI.
