Walk straight to the beach, linger on the deck at sunset, or fall asleep to the rhythm of the waves.

"The Stables" is the original coach house for "Kumara". It is within easy walking distance to New Norfolk's CBD, Esplanade & River Derwent. A 35km drive will take you to Hobart's waterfront or 48km to Mt. Field. This 2-bedroom cottage with Q/S beds offers comfortable accommodation. Breakfast provisions provided for the first morning as well as quality toiletries. Price quoted is for the use of one bedroom; a fee of $30 p/p per night applies for the use of the second bedroom (max 4 guests).

Accommodation located within 10 minutes drive to the spectacular MOUNT FIELD NATIONAL PARK. Cottage was built in the early 1900's in the picturesque Derwent Valley. The cottage is set on 13 acres and is private with your own fully fenced yard. We give you your privacy but if you need us, we are close by to assist. The cottage makes a welcoming break between Hobart and Strahan. Cottage caters to children over 12 years of age only.
