A large Edwardian B & B house, with far reaching views of the Dee Estuary, set in several acres of family owned land on the edge of the historic town of Holywell. A full cooked breakfast of the best locally sourced ingredients is included (from 7-9:30am) I am happy to accommodate any dietary requirements, please message me with details prior to arrival. Our room is ideal for couples or for single occupancy. We are 3 miles from Southport with its many restaurants and unique shopping boulevard (Lord Street) also 6 miles from Ormskirk and Edge Hill University. The golf courses of Royal Birkdale, Hillside and Formby are within easy reach. WWT Martin Mere is 3 miles away and there are numerous walks through the coastal dunes and pinewoods. Tea/coffee-making facilities are provided. If required, continental breakfast is available by arrangement.
