Stay aboard the eco-friendly two-story 63 ft River Queen with a 360 degree view with beautiful sunrises and sets, mored 1/8 mi offshore in a quite harbor close to shopping center, movie theater, hospital, bars & restaurants. A 10-foot dinghy with small outboard to come & go from shore "ONLY", nowhere else. I also offer Personal Training, deep tissue work & Life Coach sessions. I live on the vessel about a hundred yards from you so if there are any questions, etc. I will be there to assist you.

This ferrocement boat was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities. Restaurant/bar, pool, laundry facilities, showers and restrooms, diner, and marina store all on site, and downtown historic Sanford and river walk close by.

4th of July special docked right beside the Henley st bridge, fireworks are at 10pm on the bridge. Hot tub on the back deck, 2 sit on top kayaks to explore the river, 1/2mile walk to Calhoun’s on the river. Walking distance to Neyland Stadium, Thomson-Bowling Arena, Ruth Chris restaurants, Civic Coliseum, Knoxville Adventures. Pontoon rentals available at the marina. Riverboat and Princess Dinner Cruise on-site as well. Pet friendly. Close to Market Square, and the Old city.

Roxie is anchored in a protected, shallow 3-4ft lagoon. We live on a boat a half-mile away should you need anything. 😊 Roxie has a Keurig, snacks like chips, breakfast muffins or donuts , Keurig pods, bread, peanut butter and jelly, and bottled waters. No cooking but you may bring to go food, drinks. 🛥️🌴
