Beautiful place and located close to the mall.

We stayed at this Airbnb with our friends, the place was lovely, very comfortable and clean! We had some difficulties with finding it, but the host was very helpful and assisted us. All furniture looked new and in good condition. The apartment is 7 minutes away from Central Phuket Mall, it was very convenient to walk there for groceries or dinners. They also have all luxury brands like Dior/LV there, in case you need it) We were very happy that we chose this place, really recommend it

The host is amazing and i can’t say how much helpful he was as he came at 4am to unlock the door for me as I had trouble opening it. Room is as described on the post. Location is a bit isolated and i personally didn’t feel safe taking taxi back from the full moon party as was 30 min away from full moon party place. My recommendation would be to get the speedboat back to Koh samui instead of getting a room as it would take roughly the same time. We arrived late so we were not able to rent a bike which could have helped in getting to the location, still 30 min is a long drive if you are thinking to get drunk. Its just the location that is very far , otherwise the host and place is great.

Had a nice stay at Alissia’s. Check in was easy and she was extremely helpful throughout the stay. The Airbnb is about 10 minutes from the main area of Sairee Beach but up a slightly steep hill which does mean it’s a bit quieter away from the main strip but may not be ideal if you’re not good with hills especially at night. Definitely recommend renting a bike if you can! The place was pretty clean and very spacious, the only issue I had was the shower would sometimes flood the bathroom a bit due the position of the main shower head which couldn’t be moved and there’s no shower door. Overall a great stay for a few days and Alissia was such a brilliant host and helped me organise a taxi to take me to the pier. Thank you for a lovely few days.

This was an absolutely fantastic place, just as described in the listing. There is a dedicated chef on site whom you can use as much as you like for a small contribution per meal — delivering the most amazing Thai dishes! The chef also keeps the house tidy and can shop for anything you need or want. The house itself is of a very high standard, with plenty of space for up to 8 people / 4 couples. It has a large living area with an open kitchen, a huge terrace, and a big pool. The view is simply breathtaking. It's easy to get a taxi — we recommend using the Grab app — and it's very affordable and convenient to explore the island. There's plenty to do, including visiting Buddha temples, jungle safaris, ziplining through the jungle, seeing elephants in the wild, and discovering beautiful waterfalls deep in the forest. Also, make sure to check out the local markets! We will definitely be coming back! :)

Oh my gosh. No photo or video will ever do this place justice. An incredible structure architecturally speaking, in a beautiful setting, placed sympathetically and in harmony with its surroundings (give or take 90°, eh Laurent? 😉). As is obvious when one walks around, the place is easily big enough to house 15 or more people for any number of reasons. Similarly though, my time was spent here with just one friend and was every bit as rewarding. I have travelled all over Southeast Asia, including Thailand, extensively over the last 25 years or so. Something I’ve learned over the years as I have wandered around the world; ‘Enjoy travelling but don’t forget to arrive.’ The romance and the excitement and the sense of adventure can easily cause one to miss the fact that you have already found what it was that you were looking for in your travels. For me, it doesn’t get better than this. We cancelled all other plans and as I write this review, are waiting to return there tomorrow.

Hello everyone! This is my second stay at Madame Dariin's Homestay. For two months, like last year, the stay was perfect. The accommodation is simply magnificent, located at the end of a flower-filled courtyard, you'll be very peaceful. The accommodation is perfect and contains everything you need: a living room, a kitchen, a bed in a very comfortable bedroom, and a shower that would make hotels jealous, haha. Madame Dariin is the ultimate host: kind, smiling, helpful, kind and lovely ! She is always reachable in case of a problem or for information. She also offers plenty of activities and knows a lot of places worth visiting. Having been in a car accident, Madame Dariin was even there to help me and guide me through the process. I was even given a Tupperware container filled with delicious food :)! Madame Dariin is more than just a host; she's a true mother, and she does everything she can to make you feel like at home! Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. We stayed at the goodwill house and it was fantastic. Pool was great and right on the water. House is open and roomy. Short ride to Patong. Anucha had great communication and even offered laundry service. She went Above and beyond to make this trip memorable.

The villa was fantastic for what we needed, spacious with individual rooms and everyone having their own space and bathroom. Kitchen and living area was great and perfect for cooking, eating, and congregating for a takeaway recommendation as a family. Lyn was fantastic throughout and helped arrange food, supplies, taxis and transport as well as being great for local knowledge. Less shared loads of commendation for food and things to do and was super helpful in planning for our trip! Pool was ace! Lots of sunbeds and space to chill, was super quiet, private and relaxed. We had 3 x children in our group and the bunk bed and spaces for them were brilliant! They loved the cinema room and chilling with us all watching movies in the lounge too. Beds are super comfortable and rooms super well provisioned, bathrooms are ace and was super well Maintained! Would highly recommend the villa as a base and Lee & Lyn as a hosts.

My family stayed 8 incredible nights, as the lost stop on our 3 weeks in Thailand and it was perfect. Located a little bit out of Ao Nang but we hired scooters to get around easily. And there is the amazing Joy Beach Cafe (and more) right next door… bliss. Easy walk to the ferry to get to Railay. The villa was beautiful, great amenities but outdoor living. My kids loved the outdoor movie - especially after many weeks of no screens. Othman was easily available and responded quickly, however we mostly sorted ourselves. Highly recommend.

Premkamon is a great host. The place in itself is soo pretty, looks better in real-life then in pictures. Whenever I'll visit Thailand again, I'll surely come back to this property.

Это было замечательное пребывание. Лёгкое заселение и выезд. Расположение удобное. Рядом набережная, много ресторанов. Вдоль набережной по вечерам готовят тайскую еду, продают фрукты, сувениры, одежду. Прямо во дворе массажный салон. Весьма не дорого и делают хороший массаж. Сама квартира как на фото. Большая, комфортная. Тихое место с видом на закаты и море. Отличный интернет. Стабильный, высокая скорость в среднем 100Мбит/с. Хозяйка чудесная, всегда была на связи. Было приятно общаться. До пляжа легко добраться. Хотя надо немного прогуляться. Вода чистая, на пляже убираются. Однозначно рекомендую.

Overall it's exactly what I expected it to be. No surprises which is very important for an airbnb experience. One negative thing that stood out is potential fatal danger if you stay there with small kids. The rails of hallway outside of the unit right in front of elevator got very big gaps that people or kids up to 30 kg who aren't careful can easily get through the gaps and fall off. When coming home or leaving home adults must always be vigilant and keep the kids close and away from potential disaster. Please bring this up to management of the building and close those dangerous fatal gaps
