We love staying at Helens place, it is always perfect for our group when visiting Canberra!

Perfect stay, loved the house and the area. Kangaroos a highlight! Very well equipped kitchen. We didn’t want to leave!

David, Chelsea, and Babette are fantastic hosts—always quick to respond, helpful, and friendly. We stayed there with seven people (two families) and one dog, and the experience was wonderful. The rooms were clean and spacious, the BBQ facility was great, and the kitchen was large and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed having breakfast in the beautiful, spacious yard.

great place - perfect access to the beach and close to river lagoon in one direction and the Broulee Brewhouse in the other. the Broulee supermarket is also walkable a little further down. the place has a good large space for entertaining a large group. the upstairs and downstairs sections are separate - accessible from external stairwell. although internal stairs might’ve been better for our group, that worked fine for us. overall loved the place and the location and really appreciated helpful proactive communication from Geoff :-)

We couldn’t fault this beautiful seaside home. The position on Mossy Point is amazing. The house is extremely well appointed and has so much charm and character. There was nothing missing in the kitchen, the rooms are styled beautifully and are practical with great storage for clothing etc. There are even boogie boards for the beach. Nothing is forgotten. The whole place is very comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Mark and Kathy are terrific hosts. So proactive, responsive and generous. We loved staying with our family and would highly recommend this beautiful character beach house. 5 stars!!

William is a great host. Stayed with him before. Very approachable. Very thoughtful. Always everything you need. William in particular equips his places excellently. Always milk eggs cooking oil etc so you don’t have to go shopping immediately.

Comfortable and well equipped home amongst the trees. Peaceful and plenty of wildlife with visits from parrots and lorikeets. Kitchen is very well appointed. Beds are comfortable, and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There's a vintage sound system installed but a couple of the remotes are missing so I recommend packing a stereo input cable if you want to listen to anything other than the radio. The interiors could use a little TLC and some refreshing but these are very minor quibbles. We had a relaxing and comfortable time at Fiona's place and exploring the coast and beaches.

Martina's place was perfect for our family reunion. A wonderful setting in natural surrounds. Perfect to start the day with a beautiful walk, close to both Bungendore and Braidwood for good restaurants and return to relax by an open fire. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Exactly as described and photographed, very clean, excellent location, very quiet and fully equipped with everything you need and a bit more! Very happy with this find!

Silvia's place was perfect for us. Loved the building and it's facilities, so convenient to go downstairs for a coffee each morning. We also hired the hotel's bikes. Comfortable and stylish apartment with lovely balcony and views. Walkable location. Recommended.

Murad met us with the keys and took time to run through check-in/out process. He also gave us great local recommendations and offered us a late checkout due to our flight time. Murad was super helpful and responsive. His apartment is within a short stroll to Lake Burley Griffin, city centre & other great local attractions. Couldn’t have picked a better location nor apartment!

Great place to explore Canberra. Lots of restaurants close by and a great starting point for walks around the lake. Tracy's apartment was clean, had all the amenities you need, and is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Overall 5 stars.

The apartment was very clean, cosy and inviting. It was also well equipped. The bar and restaurant in the hotel were a great spot to eat or for a drink. Close proximity to other restaurants, cinema and the lake. If you like exercise you can take a great walk up Black Mountain. Daniel was an attentive and considerate host. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is a great size for a couple & has everything you'd need. Also has a lovely courtyard. It is very conveniently located with restaurants & shops right downstairs & within walking distance to many other places. Rochelle is a great host & very responsive if you have any queries. (I definitely urge you to pay attention to the parking instructions as I did not & found that a bit frustrating in locating the carspace BUT that's on me.)

This is the second time we've stayed in this apartment and will definitely come back. Great location, close to everything we need, and the apartment itself is very clean, tidy and functional, having everything we need. The owners were very friendly and helpful (even in the middle of the night when I locked myself out!), and communicate well, letting us know everything for an easy stay. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

This is an idyllic retreat, we only had two nights sadly but would definitely come back to chill here situated between the beach and forest, loved the birdlife and also the kangaroos that seem to like the back yard. Lovely gem, clean and tidy homely environment. No shopping /restaurants nearby but makes it all the more conducive for nature spotting and chilling.

Great location, beautiful quiet little town. Russ was great to chat to about what was happening around time. We look forward to staying again.

Fantastic cosy cottage. We are a family of 6 - all adult sized. It accommodated us all well. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated with all modern conveniences- including under floor heating in the bathroom. The kitchen / dining / lounge room was a little tight at meal times, but could be easily managed. Michael and Diane are great hosts. Excellent communication with genuine care that you enjoy your trip. Thanks for a great trip.

Nice and relaxing place and let us extend check out time

We had an amazing time! Lise paid such great attention to detail with everything on the property. The home was very clean and had the listed amenities. The view was spectacular, especially with the surrounding hills. We loved the canoeing experience on the property and meeting the farm animals and wildlife. Overall, the owners were very friendly and accommodating and I can't recommend this property enough!

Had the best time at Canyonleigh. Tranquil location, gorgeous animals and access to a river. The place itself was very well equipped, clean and tidy. The best part about the entire stay however was Mel. She was extremely responsive and available for all of our queries. She offered a farm experience to us in the morning. When we needed honey, cinnamon and extra towels she was quick to provide. Furthermore we needed a ride into Bowral and she not only offered to give us one, but gave as quite an informed and impassioned tour of the area. We had the best time and would love to revisit again. Our cup feels very full now and I am really grateful!

Thank you, Ken and Judy for allowing us to enjoy the beauty and solitude of the cottage at The Outpost. To arrive to the display of autumn colours in the afternoon sun was an unexpected surprise. The cottage was perfect (nothing nicer than to be welcomed by a hearty fire and a bottle of red). It certainly exceeded our expectations - and the extra touches, (such as electric blankets and the heated bathroom floor,) were much appreciated. We loved the walks on the property and along the fishing beat on the Murrumbidgee. Mike and Rose kept a low profile, but were there to answer any questions. Our few days were way too short for us and we are already looking at dates for a return visit in the warmer months so we can say hi to the resident platypus and maybe land a trout. A beautifully appointed place a stones throw from the beach! Great for four adults and two kids for our Easter beach trip. Nicky and Anita were very helpful and communicative hosts. Would 10/10 recommend!
