The home site is perfectly cut into a groove in the hillside 200 feet above the valley below allowing for beautiful Mountain views and amazing privacy with no visible neighbors other than the variety of local wildlife. Enjoy the outdoor soaking tubs, wood fired sauna and a seasonal plunge pool. Just a short 5 minute drive to the lovely town of Rogue River and access to I-5. Pet friendly too!

The guest house, we affectionately call the Villa, is situated near great views, restaurants, wineries, and nature trails available in Jacksonville, Ashland and Medford. Located in the country with views of the famous pear orchards. Sunriver - Pool/Hot Tub. Minutes to Mt. Bachelor

- This unique and friendly spot boasts a convenient location to Central Oregon's famous outdoor activities. The space is only a 26 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor, the beginning of the scenic Cascade Lakes Highway, and a short walk to The Village at Sunriver. Community pool, hot tub, and laundry are on site and accessible. Wifi and Netflix logins are provided to all guests. The hot tub is open year round. The pool typically opens on Memorial Day weekend snd typically closes sometime in September.

Relax and Unwind at this peaceful retreat. Near the Rogue River, this beautiful property is over an acre w/ lush green grass all around. Updated home w/ nice features & a notable primary bedroom&bathroom. Both rooms have work spaces & home has excellent wifi ~ 200mbps. Start your mornings with a delicious nespresso and enjoy the bird chirping outside. Outdoor oasis with comfy patio seating and outdoor dining area, backyard lights, fire pit, BBQ, and yard games. Close to TONS of outdoor fun!

McKenzie Bridge River House near Sahalie Falls

Drive down a long private road, set off of the HWY, to find a riverfront cabin amidst the lush Willamette National Forest. As you wind through the driveway you will find a sanctuary for relaxation, recreation, and comfort. A trail from the back deck will lead you down to the bank of the emerald waters of the McKenzie River. The McKenzie River Trail parallels the property, and is accessed from the private road to the cabin. The property has a campground setting, with river and forest views.

Black Duck Cabin

Cozy A frame cabin set in a quiet neighborhood among the pine trees just a short walk from the Deschutes River. The Black Duck Cabin is a perfect destination for all of Central Oregon's amazing activities. 10 minute drive to Sunriver Village, 30 minute drive to Mt.
