I’ve stayed at many Airbnb locations, even in many different countries and this one was even still in my top 5. This locations is very peaceful & sooo well put together. The hospitality in this house is really what makes it in my top 5. Yes it’s very cute & homey but the details Samantha has put into this house is what makes it whole! A whole closet full of high quality towels, high quality bath mat, a towel warmer, face cloths, qtips, every drinking glass you would really ever need I think I even seen a money gun in the closet with a few games ha she has a chamber of commence back ground so she gave such great detailed recommendations that make me want to come back, so with that being said we will be back 😌

We brought our three kids to stay a few days for spring break. We had the best time! There is a great long hike on the property and we all loved the waterfall and cave feature. Our kids were excited to spot two bats! The lake was peaceful and it was so relaxing to sit on the porch and watch the sun come up over it. The only downside to the cabin itself was the seating (couch and chairs) are not very comfortable for just lounging and reading, but that was ok for us since we were outside more often than not. I would also say the loft sleeping area worked for our kids (slender 8 and 10 year old) but any bigger kids may not have fit. The private dock was nice for fishing and the kids caught several bluegill. All in all would recommend and would return!

Gilia is one of the best hosts we ever had. So thoughtful and responsive! We will definitely be back!

Kim helped me get reservations set up for my parents anniversary, for the second year in a row. She is extremely kind and helpful, and my parents loved her place and the area so much they went back! Very clean and nice place, plenty of extra amenities, beautiful views of the lake and surrounding area and wildlife, good restaurants within driving distance, and plenty of privacy and a feeling of safety and calm! Thank you again Kim from all of us, especially my very happy parents!

We had a wonderful time staying at Jared’s cottage! Felt right at home! There was an issue with the hot tub but he had someone come out right then and there to take care of the issue. Very responsive and flexible!

Kaci and Chuck’s place is exactly what we needed for the week we visited family. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed how peaceful it was. We even brought our chihuahua and she loved it! It felt like a French lakeside cottage, very clean and well stocked for everything we needed. We’ve found a home away from home for when we visit family and will be back!

This house is everything and then some! My husband and I booked for our anniversary. Our main focus was getting away from kids and animals and work to just relax and rekindle and that’s exactly what we found! The house was relaxing and peaceful. I had a hard time deciding between wanting to soak in huge bathtubs or hot tub. The back yard was amazing! The house was fully stocked. I loved the hundreds of cozy pillows and super soft blankets. Ordered in Sarah’s pizza on a rainy day was as good as everyone says! Did not have to contact owners one time bc of clear easy directions and everything was as described. One of our favorites thus far!

Fantastic accommodation for us with our partially disabled 89yo mother to visit family in Fairfield. The commercial location accommodated our large van and portable wheelchair ramp. Location was also peaceful all weekend. The house worked for her walker inside. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and clean. Thank you Jen for access to your cute house.

We absolutely loved this home!! It is beautifully located near the park. Our home had water damage and we were displaced during the holidays. Our children were bummed about not being home for Christmas. We arrived at the home and it was decorated for Christmas! Our kids were ecstatic! We felt at home and the host was amazing! It was the best experience we could have ever imagined. Grateful for this Airbnb find!! Amazing experience!
