Position Position Position!!! Kiama Aspect on Jones Beach is a wonderful beach front, property with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, it has panoramic ocean views. 100 metres from the beach. My husband says, "If you are holidaying at the beach - you must be able to see the water & not just a glimpse". Comfy King Coil mattresses- All bedding, towels, hand towels and bathmats provided. Privacy block out blinds, reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating NBN with free in house WI-FI. No Pets.

'LITTLE LAKE LODGE' is a self contained unit with separate entrance, off-road car space & is situated on the lower level of a residence. Right on Warilla Beach & Elliot Lake ("Little Lake") Barrack Point with walk & cycle ways to enjoy. This new, fully furnished unit has everything you could need for a relaxing, enjoyable stay...... "It's your cozy home away from home". It is in close proximity to Warilla Grove & Stockland Shellharbour shopping centres, Shellharbour Village, clubs & cafes.

Kim's Place - private beach/ocean view apartment

If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

Island Point Studio

Brand new architect designed studio apartment. Situated on the shores of the beautiful St Georges Basin, this stunning apartment sleeps 2 guests and is the ideal coastal getaway. Kayaking, nature walks, bike trails are all on your doorstep ( two fully equipped kayaks provided ) A 1 min drive will see you either at the boat ramp or the large IGA/bottle shop. The boutique town of Huskisson/Jervis Bay/Boodaree National Park, Hyams beach are a mere 10 minute drive from the studio.

Little House on the Werri

A modern fully self contained studio apartment on the N.S.W South Coast. The studio is situated in the front garden of the main house.The courtyard is set in between and overlooked by both buildings. Its private but not COMPLETELY private. The studio is detached and therefore has it's own entry and is also quite private. Directly opposite Werri Lagoon & 200 mtrs to the sands of Werri Beach. Included in tariff is tea coffee and breakfast snacks, courtyard, & BBQ.

This beautiful little house has 2 bedrooms and is just 5 minutes walk from the stunning beaches of Jervis Bay, including Moona Moona Beach. It's also close to the bustling cafes, restaurants, shops of Husky Village. The house has a flat-screen TV, Netflix, full kitchen, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, air con, heating, full bathroom including spa, Weber BBQ, full laundry plus all linen included.

The Sauna Haus, completed in October 2021, is situated on a 1 acre property, shared with our residential home. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs.
