The chalet is an individual construction fully available and reserved for the guests. So are the terrace and the surroundings ( a small river, a private bridge and access to the forest ). Nice chalet for two people, ideally located in Chamonix, on the sunny side of the valley, with a breathtaking view on Mont Blanc, in a quite 4 000 square meters garden, close to everything (city center, ski facilities and hiking trails). One room with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a nice sunny balcony (but no kitchen - there is yet a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle and a small microwave)
