Project Ö - Private island

Project Ö is located among the craggy wilds of Finland's seemingly endless archipelago. Islands two striking bays pockmark the north end of the island, while a blanket of pine trees covers the south. This is about as escapist as staying in the great outdoors gets. The buildings are located on one of the bays. Architecturally, they reflect traditional archipelago aesthetics with vaulting gables and sturdy cosy wood finish. The spaces house all mod cons and an all important sauna and a hot tub.

Stay North - Porkkalanniemi

Porkkalanniemi is a newly built Nordic-style home completed in 2025, offering space for up to 8 guests. Inside, modern design and large windows frame the surrounding sea and sky, while three bedrooms and four bathrooms provide comfort for families or groups. Outdoors, a sauna with water views, a wide terrace with a jacuzzi, and direct access to the pier connect the stay to the shoreline. Thoughtful details, from the main bedroom to the guest cabin, make the house both inviting and functional.

Set in the coastal landscape of Hanko, Svärdskog is located immediately on its own private beach with far reaching sea views. Designed with care, the property reflects the finest of Nordic design, with light-filled interiors, natural materials and strong connection to nature. Huvila on rakennettu 14 metrin korkeudessa sijaitsevalle kalliolle, vain 60 metrin päähän järven rannasta.
