Take a walk on the beach in the morning, play in the sand all day, and then jump into the pool before dinner and relax on the balcony at sunset. Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. In January of this year, wildfires burned about 12 houses immediately south of our house. While Malibu is in a period of rebuilding, there are some inconveniences as a result, such as slower traffic on PCH and trucks in the vicinity. Check tide charts for your dates so you know when low tide is. Our beach is accessible at low tide.
