Two corner windows showcase the gorgeous views of Buffalo Bay, the famous Knysna Lagoon and the Outinique mountains. The corner chaise is ideal for reading a book whilst taking in the unbelievable views. The Protea Room has direct access to the Fynbos gardens, sunset viewing deck and firepit boma, each with their own iconic vistas. The apartment is accessed via one flight of stairs.

Enjoy our beautiful garden, relax around the pool area, where you will also find a honesty bar and a bbq facility. A tasty full breakfast is included in your rate.

We are conveniently located in Gunhill, quiet area equi-distant to Village Walk and the city centre - 4km either way. 3 restaurants within our vicinity, one 200m away. En-suite bathroom with tub and shower in tub. Well lit work desk. We supply meals on request. Prolific borehole, 10kva solar back up, 18kva generator back up, safe on-site parking, shared dining area. We are the smart place in town. COVID-19 cleaning compliant.

Boulders Beach Hotel - Mountain Room

A basic double room located on the side of our Hotel. A queen size bed, en suite shower over bath bathroom and a glimpse of the sea. No TV's in rooms. Tea, Coffee and Rusks are complementary in rooms. Mini fridge in the rooms. Breakfast is available at an additional charge, to be ordered and paid for at the cafe counter.

Deluxe Balcony Rooms

The Deluxe Balcony Rooms are spacious, stylish and exceptionally comfortable. Five of the rooms have balconies while the three remaining rooms have patios, all of which open onto the central courtyard and swimming pool. Unfortunately we cannot accomodate children younger than 6 years of age.
