The space was designed by Buckenmeyer Architecture, and was constructed by me. Our space features many unique elements such as: burnt cedar siding, 16' multi-slide window wall (please open and close slowly), and moveable cedar slat screens/ We hope you enjoy the space and neighborhood as much as we do!

Light, bright and well-equipped one bedroom basement apartment offers you a quiet respite in an excellent location with a relaxing jetted jacuzzi tub that fits two! Just a block off of Hawthorne, restaurants, bars and shops are easy to find. If staying home is your thing - we've got you covered there too! A 42" TV in the living room is equipped with a RokuExpress, the one in the bedroom has a ChromeCast and both have antenna for watching local stations.

Our basement has been newly renovated. Brand new bedroom, beautiful bathroom and living space. The living space includes a 57” Smart TV and couch. The wet bar features a mini fridge, sink and Keurig Coffee maker. The bedroom has 1 queen sized bed with hotel luxury 1800 bedding sheets, a dresser, full length mirror and natural light window. Our house is centrally located with dozens of restaurants, bars and coffee shops just a short walk away!

Urban Oasis Retreat + sauna

Our guest house is a completely private space, accessible by an outdoor walkway, and has an outdoor patio. We designed the space to be light-filled, feel cozy yet roomy, fitting a lot into a small space. Vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, full kitchen, bathroom, a bed alcove with a comfy queen mattress and soft bedding and lots of extra touches. Our 335 sq ft guest house is fitted with all you'll need for your time in Portland.

Ankeny Loft Just a Block From East Burnside

This pet-friendly ground floor apartment is in the heart of Portland's Southeast Laurelhurst neighborhood. It's just 5 blocks away from a hub of amazing restaurants and Whole Foods Market. There are cafes, shops, breweries and parks all within walking distance and it's just one block off of the famous East Burnside Street. Pet fee is $35 for one night; $50 for 2-7 nights. Higher fee with longer stays.

Our 400 sqare foot fully furnished studio is tucked away in the popular Hawthorne area of SE Portland. Less than 10 min drive to downtown, with a walk score of 91 and a bike score of 99, the neighborhood is quiet but allows access to everything including groceries, dining, shopping, and entertainment. We are within walking distance to many of the most popular establishments in Portland.
